It is necessary to prioritize finding a balance between competition, innovation, security, and customer satisfaction to ensure sustainable development. The aim of this systematic literature review is to identify the Port Attractiveness Determinants ... more The aim of this systematic literature review is to identify the Port Attractiveness Determinants (PADs) and their attributes. These attributes have been extracted from 87 references published between 1970 and 2022. In addition to the conceptual contribution, this review has added value at the methodological and empirical levels. Split in two parts, Part I of this paper presents the findings about the nine PADs identified in the sample screened, which stem from both bibliometric and content analyses performed using software programs and an in-depth screening performed by four reviewers. Part II of this review details the 116 items measuring the PADs.

Marketing: From paradigm crisis to crisis paradigm-Abstract Marketing had faced the crisis of mas... more Marketing: From paradigm crisis to crisis paradigm-Abstract Marketing had faced the crisis of mass production model to which it tried to adapt by initiating a conceptual shift: from the marketing mix to relationship marketing. However, since the late of the 90s, the marketing will face a chaotic environment which concludes the end of the 2000s by a crisis that shaken the global financial system and the real economy worldwide. Given these changes, the marketing will face difficult times leading it to an existential crisis. This crisis appears at the low contribution to strategic thinking, at the difference or even divorce between thought and practice marketing and finally at the prevalence of quantitative approach to the expense of the qualitative approach.

The attendance of Moroccan politicians on the Social Networks Sites (SNS) is an undeniable realit... more The attendance of Moroccan politicians on the Social Networks Sites (SNS) is an undeniable reality. However, the questions of how Moroccan politicians use these new communication and mobilization devices, and to what extent they take advantage of the huge potentialities they offer, remain unanswered. The content analysis of a 160 posts made by a sample of 16 active Moroccan politicians on <em>Facebook</em> shows that they don't use all the proposed features. Results indicate nevertheless slight differences in use between incumbents and challengers.

En effet, la forte pénétration de ces derniers, notamment au sein de la catégorie des jeunes, interpelle de plus en plus les chercheurs. La revue de la littérature sur la question met en exergue des controverses en matière d'impact de ces nouvelles plateformes de communication sur le comportement politique des usagers. Afin d'explorer cet impact dans le contexte du Maroc, nous avons opté pour la méthode de la netnographie. Une telle méthode d'enquête qualitative nous a permis d'approcher de près les acteurs du phénomène étudié et, en conséquence, observer et identifier les différentes manifestations de leurs comportements politiques en ligne. In the face of the recent intensification in social communication in the service sector, it is im... more In the face of the recent intensification in social communication in the service sector, it is important to assess its impact on the perception and behaviors of consumers. The purpose of this article is first to understand the expectations of consumers with regard to social responsibility; second, to study the impact of philanthropic activities on consumers’ loyalty. Our exploratory study of Moroccan consumers has allowed us to highlight the expectations of consumers in terms of CSR and to understand how these activities can impact their loyalty. Based on the review of the relevant literature and the results extracted from the study, we propose a model of theoretical analysis and hypotheses to be tested as part of empirical studies

The movement of voluntary simplicity qualified as anti-consumption is the reflection of a resistance, a disgust, a resentment even of a rejection of the mode of consumption dominating in the developed societies. This movement takes support on several motivations which can result from diverse concerns: research for balance by giving meaning to the life in a postmodern society ultra individualistic, desire of Self-sufficiency and of answer to ethical and ecological and religious concerns. The literature on the VS certainly insisted on these motivations while being less prolific at the level of the religious factor. Toutefois, depuis la fin des annees 90, le marketing va faire face a un environnement chaotique qui s’acheve a la fin de la decennie 2000 par une crise qui ebranle le systeme financier global et l’economie reelle mondiale. Face a ces mutations, le marketing va se heurter a des moments difficiles le conduisant a une crise existentielle. Parmi les manifestations cette crise, il faut citer la faible contribution a la pensee strategique, l’ecart, voire meme divorce, entre la reflexion et la pratique marketing et en enfin la predominance de la demarche quantitativiste au detriment de l’approche qualitative.

Supply chain integration is an efficient tool to reach and brush up collaboration. Supply chain integration is a critical factor in fostering corporate financial performance. Despite this growing interest few studies highlighted this problematic which determine the survival of many businesses.
The Coronavirus started a multi-dimensional crisis. It has shaken our scientific, health and econ... more The Coronavirus started a multi-dimensional crisis. It has shaken our scientific, health and economic immune systems unable to give answers, causing a deep crisis of models and more particularly the economic model. Through the confinement, which caused a breakdown in the mass consumption model, the current economic model was hitted at the heart of its internal dynamics. By unleashing a crisis of meaning, the Covid 19 precipitated the questioning of an economic model whose perverse effects lead to the abyss. At the same time, it has promoted, through confinement, an evolving new consumption model, which makes simplicity its main demand. The latter announces, in the design of another future, the advent of a new economic model which can end the excesses of the current model (waste, pollution and exhaustion of resources) and which can assert post-materialist values.
