However, understanding the meaning of CSR in the construction industry and how it is practiced is currently limited. This paper aims to develop a framework for CSR indicators related to construction businesses in Vietnam to further clarify the content and aspect of the CSR conceptual framework. Based on stakeholder theory, CSR issues to stakeholders were developed to address key elements of CSR of construction companies. The indicators are then extracted to reveal the specific content contained in these performance issues. The indicator system provides guidance on the implementation of CSR in the construction industry, allowing construction businesses to evaluate the effectiveness of CSR scientifically, thereby supporting the sustainable development of enterprises.

There are relatively few studies that have focused employee's behaviours towards CSRD. This paper examines the relationship between CSRD on employee commitment. An exploratory approach is used in this paper by this study. This study utilizes interview method to collect data from 31 financial managers and information managers of 22 organisations; Miles and Huberman (1994) approach is used to analyse the qualitative data. The researchers have chosen the Libyan context as one of the world's developing countries that has undergone many changes over a short period of time in terms of economic, environmental and social changes. The majority view of managers interviewed is that as CSRD related to employee activities and consumer activities increases employee commitment towards its company increase. However, there is no relationship between CSRD related to environmental and employee disclosures and employee commitment in Libyan companies. The study discusses and explains important implications regarding uses of CSRD for enhancing employee's commitment.

In the Southwest region of Vietnam, during the rainy season, there are usually thunderstorms accompanied by strong winds, causing many billboards to be damaged. To avoid such damage, the structure of the billboard is simulated by random quantities such as wind load, material strength, geometric dimensions, resulting in the reliability of the structure was evaluated. The results show that there may be a high risk of the integrity of the billboards, even if the safety of these structures is implied by the design code. This study analyzed reliability index of billboard structure under wind speed, material, geometric characters by Monte Carclo simulation to indentify the reliability of billboard design.

To ensure sustainable development for businesses and for society, the issue of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is increasingly concerned. In the construction industry, the implementation of CSR activities has yielded some results, but there are still some limitations. Based on 135 observations samples from 27 construction companies listed on the Vietnam Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period, the study showed a positive relationship between CSR disclosure and financial performance, including the positive relationship of product CSR disclosure with respect to ROA.
