However, a significant concern in BPMR is the stringent requirements for synchronization between write clock and island position, errors in which may manifest as insertions and deletions. In this paper, we introduce a method for compensating for synchronization errors by using conventional errorcorrecting codes. We present a numerical study that provides bounds on achievable coding rates. We also perform a simulation study to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed scheme in practical systems.

The LabVIEW helps to create a user-friendly GUI which can graphically show the continuous pulse or heartbeat rate. This system is suitable where the doctor will monitor the patient’s condition without being present physically. This system also helps the doctor by producing medical test and previous records of the patient when the doctor is present physically. This system uses various sensors, like, temperature sensor, heartbeat rate, and ECG electrodes. This system allows the doctor to diagnose the patient’s condition and allows the doctor to suggest suitable treatment. The sensors are interfaced in LabVIEW to provide a graphical user interface-based monitoring systems.

Creating a Talent Management model is to create an individual identity for the Generation Z students. The study is conducted for the students, by the students, and about the students to achieve their dreams in a systematic way with their support groups. It is not only a diagnostic program but also an implementation program for the students who exemplify the culture that acts as a catalyst in the achievements. As a large population of college students are from Generation Z and mobile has became an integral part of their life. More than 1000 engineering students were selected by simple random sampling method and formed WhatsApp groups based on their career objectives. Method: We deployed a special model for talent management among students which focuses on Individual Consideration, Intellectual Stimulation, and Study Life Balance. We studied students' viewpoints regarding the educational use of WhatsApp groups in supporting their learning process. Finding: The proposed culture of success of Students' Talent Management (STM) involves Ethics, Sustainability, Diversity, Engagement, and Creativity. We observed the effectiveness of using WhatsApp as a tool to manage talents of students in Creating Student Superstars. Application: It is inevitable to design talent management project and to establish such system in order to give better experience in the study life of students. The proposed model is recommended to implement by establishing talent management departments in educational institutions.

As vehicles advance in capacity and complexity so does electronics concurrently with other aerospace technologies. The paper first describes technological advances in Navigation, Guidance and Control (NGC) system, and Telemetry, Tracking and Command (TTC) system, the two basic functional blocks of launch vehicle electronics, in early 70s to meet the demands of India's first launch vehicle SLV-3. It, then, describes the advances that took place in onboard electronics in 80s, and 90s to meet the requirements of polar and geosynchronous missions, as well as from developmental to operational missions. The paper also indicates future technological trends in this area.

Hence there was a strong need to realise a system which will be based on recommendations provided by CCSDS to have end-to-end system solutions for the interoperability and cross-support requirements. CCSDS Telemetry Equipment (CTE) has been developed using in-house developed Digital Signal Processing (DSP) core embedded on an Actel's ProASIC3 Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) to cater to the major services of telemetry system such as source coding, packet telemetry, channel coding and encryption.

ABSTRACT With the continuous decrease in the minimum feature size and increase in the chip densit... more ABSTRACT With the continuous decrease in the minimum feature size and increase in the chip density due to technology scaling on-chip memories are becoming increasingly susceptible to multi-bit soft errors due to single or multiple event upsets caused by environmental factors such as cosmic rays, neutrons particles. The increase in multi-bit errors could lead to higher risk of data corruption and even catastrophic disasters in aerospace applications. Traditionally the memories have been protected from soft errors using error detection/correction codes. The traditional Hamming code with SEC-DED capability cannot address these type of errors. It is possible to use powerful non-binary BCH codes such as Reed-Solomon code to address multiple bit errors, However, it could take several cycles of latency to complete such algorithms and run at relatively slow speed. We investigate the possibility of using Reed Muller (RM) codes to address multiple bit errors in. high speed on board aerospace applications in this paper. Comparison with traditional techniques shows improved speed power performance. Specifically with its importance in applications as a 3 bit error correcting, self dual code a RM(2, 5) of dimension 16 and length 32 is implemented in a flash based FPGA, which is much more resistant to Single Event Upsets(SEUs) in comparison to SRAM based FPGAs for onboard applications.

Progress towards the understanding of the action of oestrogens has been made at the molecular level since it was demonstrated that hormone responsive tissues, such as uterus, vagina, and anterior pituitary contain specific oestradiol binding substances called “oestrogen receptors”. While knowledge is becoming available on the interaction of oestradiol with uterine receptor sites, not much is known about the influence of stereochemistry and the structural requirements for the steroid in this interaction. Oestradiol-17β is biologically a potent oestrogen, while its corresponding 17α isomer. However, some of the non-steroidal stilbene compounds represented by diethylstilbestrol and hexestrol possess marked oestrogenic activity. In biological property, diethylstilbestrol behaves like oestradiol-17β except that in the spayed rat uterus, diethylstilbestrol or hexestrol are not effective in priming the uterus for deciduoma formation, whereas natural oestrogen is effective.

The samples were evaluated for sperm motility, viability and acrosome integrity. Actively motile spermatozoa recovered by the swim-up technique were capacitated using calcium ionophore A(2 3 1 8 7). Mature female golden hamsters were superovulated with 50 IU PMSG followed 56 h later by 75 IU hCG. Cumulus mass, recovered by puncture of oviducts at the infundibulum region, was treated with 0.1% hyaluronidase and 0.1% trypsin to obtain zona-free oocytes. After coincubation of zona-free oocytes with capacitated buffalo spermatozoa, scoring was done as fertilization percentage and fertilization index. The correlation coefficients with conception rate were statistically significant with fertilization percentage (r = 0.588, P < 0.05) and fertilization index (r = 0.660, P < 0.01). However, conventional parameters like viability, motility and acrosome integrity showed poor correlation with conception rate.

The feed-forward is accomplished through the estimation of duty ratio based on the input voltage at every switching cycle. The prototype converter developed is having galvanic isolation in the forward and feedback path and is based on single ended forward topology. An optimised discrete controller is provided in the feedback path to achieve desired dynamic performance. The feed forward scheme was implemented along with discrete feedback controller using a 16-bit fixed point microcontroller. The design of optimised discrete compensator and the audio rejection of a converter with such a feedback controller are presented. The simulation model of the converter with proposed digital feed forward/feedback controller using SIMULINK and its results against input disturbances are also presented. Experimental results are presented in this paper to validate the theoretical analysis.

The model is an extension of a Boolean network model. The system spontaneously cycles through a finite set of internal states, tracking the increase of an external factor such as cell mass, and also exhibits checkpoints in which errors in gene expression levels due to cellular noise are automatically corrected. We present a 7-gene network based on Projective Geometry codes, which can correct, at every given time, one gene expression error. The topology of a network is highly symmetric and requires using only simple Boolean functions that can be synthesized using genes of various organisms. The attractor structure of the Boolean network contains a single cycle attractor. It is the smallest nontrivial network with such high robustness. The methodology allows construction of artificial cell cycle gene regulatory networks with the number of phases larger than in natural cell cycle.
