Management approaches have changed due to religious, political, military, social and cultural rea... more Management approaches have changed due to religious, political, military, social and cultural reasons throughout the world history and changes have accelerated by important factors such as reform-renaissance decisions, impacts of industrial revolution and developing technology in the last century. Management approaches were for government and public before Industrial Revolution. After the Industrial Revolution problems regarding government, public, globalization, multinational companies, personal relations and management, finance, practise of ethics and morality, fair use of resources and environment have occurred. In the world; international agreements, ISO standards and Zero Waste goals started to apply regarding efficient production, protecting the environment, natural resources and the future of the humanity and the earth. In this article, topic is total quality, environment, zero waste management plan and practices, which aims to minimize the pollution of production and consumption, provide sustainable development and protect the balance and harmony of earth and humanity, including the critics.
