The research was written in order to reveal the tendencies of the studies on teaching Turkish to ... more The research was written in order to reveal the tendencies of the studies on teaching Turkish to bilinguals in Turkey. Document analysis, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the study. The data source of the research consists of researches in the National Thesis Centre, Google Scholar, TR Dizin, Dergipark and Sobiad databases. The theses in the data source were evaluated according to the descriptive content analysis method. The reliability of the research was calculated according to the formula [Reliability= Consensus/(consensus+disagreement)x100] proposed by Miles and Huberman (1994) and it was found to be reliable. As a result of the research, it was determined that 34 studies were conducted on teaching Turkish to bilinguals in Turkey, the highest number of studies was conducted in 2021, the majority of the studies on bilinguals were on situation determination, data were mostly collected with scales in the studies and the studies were prepared in quantitative method. It was concluded that mostly students and 5th graders were preferred in the sample selection, writing skills were emphasised, master's theses were more than doctoral theses, most of the theses were produced in Gazi, Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli and Yüzüncü Yıl universities, in the main branches of Turkish Education and Turkish and Social Sciences Education, and the theses were mostly supervised by academicians with the title of Assoc.

Although teaching Turkish as a foreign language is included in early Turkish works, it is a field... more Although teaching Turkish as a foreign language is included in early Turkish works, it is a field that has recently started to be systematised. Teaching Turkish to foreigners is carried out through DİLMER-TÖMER in Turkey and Yunus Emre Institute, TIKA and Maarif Foundation of the Republic of Turkey abroad. This study was conducted in order to determine the trends of the articles on teachers/instructors in the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language. In the study, the data were collected by document analysis, divided into codes and themes, and analysed by content analysis technique by dividing them into titles such as year, number of authors, research method, data collection tool, data analysis method, sampling intervals and subject area according to the publication classification form. As a result of the research, a total of 41 studies were reached. It was concluded that the articles in question were mostly prepared between 2020 and 2021, the most studies were conducted with 2 authors, and qualitative research method was preferred more than quantitative research method. In addition, it was found that the most commonly used data collection tool was semi-structured interview form, descriptive content analysis technique was frequently used, and the title of problems was addressed the most. Based on the findings, some suggestions were made.

Dil becerileriyle birlikte hedef dil kültürünün de öğretimi hedeflenir. Çünkü yabancı bir dil öğrenildiğinde beraberinde yabancı olunan bir kültürü de getirir. Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Türkçe Öğretim Portali B1 düzeyi içeriklerinde yer alan kültürel ögelerin tespit edilmesini amaçlayan bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan doküman incelemesi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada kültürel ögeler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Türkçe Öğretim Portali B1 düzeyinde 196 kültürel öge tespit edilmiştir. Bu kültürel ögeler sırasıyla Kişiler ve Kişiler Arası İlişkiler, Günlük Hayat, Coğrafya, Edebiyat ve Sanat ve Gelenek ve Görenek başlıkları altındadır. Portalin Görsellik yönünden zayıf kaldığı ve görsellerle kültürel aktarıma dair sadece 6 adet kültürel öge tespit edilmiştir.
