So especially for SME's we were doing survey. And here we found open source ERP system which may useful for SME's as well as it may give relief for them in critical business processes.

There are many traditional quantitative forecasting techniques, such as ARIMA, exponential smoothing, etc. which achieved higher success rate in the forecasting but it would be useful to study the performance of alternative models such as machine learning methods. This paper gives performance measures of various machine learning algorithms used for prediction. The goal is to find how different machine learning algorithms gives performance when applied to different types of datasets.

Managing these processes is a challenging task in itself. Our focus is on BPCL, its processes and stakeholders throughout India especially the customers and retailers. Our study will find whether Knowledge Management is helpful for BPCL for improving its processes, better decision making and formulating a short and long-term strategy for business.

Factors such as product success, customer satisfaction, organization's growth depends upon successful execution of Supply Chain Management (SCM). Supply chain management is becoming a necessity to improve the foundation and infrastructure within societies which in turn increases the economic growth, living standard of society also. The research findings indicate that although it seems that SCM provides many services, but it has some issues too; which includes poor inventory management, bullwhip effect, High cost of logistics, technology usage and inadequate investments in IT. To overcome issues of SCM there is a need of an improved sales forecasting model which will build the reliable and efficient forecasting results. An improved Sales forecasting model is presented in this paper, which is based on kernel based support vector machine regression.
