The couples need to take care of the children and work simultaneously due to financial demands. This is creating a lot of stress on working parents as they tend to juggle between the responsibilities of their working organization and family. It can necessitate them to take more than available leave options, and job security can be at risk. Significant social and personal adjustments are necessary to cope with such a situation. working parent especially one who has the good fortune would be able to balance their Work-Life. It is important to understand that both these jobs are extremely demanding, and to do justice to each without neglecting the other is a formidable task.
