This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the impact of using Virtual R... more This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the impact of using Virtual Reality (VR) Technology by measuring the level of courage of celebral palsy (CP) students after using Android-based VR on the dreaded object by comparing pre-action and past action behavior in Dilaraf Islamic School Tangerang – Banten. The study was conducted in three cycles with 12 students CP, Data analysis uses descriptive quantitative data analysis. The results showed the average results of motor sensor tests of students in pre cycle I of 4 graduated students increased by 7 out of 12 students. 91.67% of students have reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) in the third cycle. This shows the indicator set is that 60% of students reach the MCC has been achieved. Thus the VR technology learning method can improve the motor sensor skills of cp students.

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a global issue which has a broad impact, especially in the educa... more The COVID-19 pandemic has become a global issue which has a broad impact, especially in the education world. This study aims to analyze students' learning anxiety at the Universitas Raharja Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted with regular student (morning classes) and non-regular student groups (afternoon classes) at the Universitas Raharja. The data collection technique was a closed questionnaire where respondents were given five alternative answers. The data were collected, analyzed descriptively, and categorized using the seven scales. The results showed that learning anxiety in the regular student group was 77.75% and in the non-regular student group was 81.05%. There was a difference in learning anxiety between regular and nonregular student groups, but it is not statistically significant.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh kekohesifan kelompok dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan jenis penelitian explanatory. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data survey mengumpulkan 66 karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, dapat digambarkan sebagai temuan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari kekohesifan kelompok terhadap kinerja, (2) ada pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadap kinerja, (3) ) ada pengaruh langsung positif antara kekohesifan kelompok terhadap motivasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kohesifitas kelompok dan motivasi.

Kata kunci: kekohesifan kelompok, motivasi, dan kinerja.

ABSTRACT

This aim of this research was to study the influence group cohesiveness, motivation on employee performance. The method used was a survey method with the type of explanatory research.The method used is this research was quantitative approach. Datasurvey collected 66 employees. Data analysis using path analysis. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be described as the following research findings: (1) there is a positive direct influence of group cohesiveness on performance, (2) there is a positive direct influence of motivation on performance, (3) there is a positive direct influence between cultures group cohesiveness on motivation. The implication of this research is an attempt to improve employee performance can be done by improving group cohesiveness and motivation.

Masih banyak manusia yang meragukan atau sanksi akan rahasia hikmah di balik perintah Tuhan (Agama), sebagian beranggapan seolah perintah Tuhan (Agama ) adalah unreasonable ( غير تعقّل), maksudnya tidak dapat dicerna akal bahkan seolah khayalan. Namun sejalan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi justru semakin memudahkan memahami dan membuktikan kebenaran rahasia perintah Tuhan (agama) tersebut, dengan kata lain perintah agama itu reasonable ( تعقّل). Permasalahan : benarkah perintah Tuhan unreasonable atau reasonable ?. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan kebenaran hikmah perintah Tuhan melalui pendekatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi inforamasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normative yang bersifat deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan metode yuridis normatif. Sumber data sekunder yang digunakan mencakup bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dipilah-pilah guna memperoleh dalil, ayat dan hadist yang berkaitan dengan kaidah hukum yang kemudian dihubungkan dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi dan disistematisasikan sehingga menghasilkan klasifikasi yang selaras dengan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Selanjutnya bahan hukum yang diperoleh diolah secara deduktif kualitatif untuk sampai pada kesimpulan, sehingga pokok permasalahan yang ditela’ah dalam penelitian ini akan dapat dijawab.
