With the evolution of fog computing, processing takes place locally in a virtual platform rather ... more With the evolution of fog computing, processing takes place locally in a virtual platform rather than in a centralized cloud server. Fog computing combined with cloud computing is more efficient as fog computing alone does not serve the purpose. Inefficient resource management and load balancing leads to degradation in quality of service as well as energy losses. Traffic overhead is increased because all the requests are sent to the main server causing delays which cannot be tolerated in healthcare scenarios. To overcome this problem, the authors are consolidating fog computing resources so that requests are handled by foglets and only critical requests are sent to the cloud for processing. Servers are placed locally in each city to handle the nearby requests in order to utilize the resources efficiently along with load balancing among all the servers, which leads to reduced latency and traffic overhead with the improved quality of service.

Vertical transmission to the fetus may range from obstetrics complications such as abortion, intrauterine growth restriction, stillbirth to congenital malformations. This review aimed to assess the seroprevalence rate of toxoplasmosis in pregnant women in Africa so that a proper management policy can be initiated. Four databases that include Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and PubMed were searched for primary studies reported on the prevalence of toxoplasmosis among pregnant women in African countries. From the search, total of 39 studies were included for the study from 1980 to 2018. Total of 11986 pregnant women were the study participants in the included studies. By using the DerSimonian-Liard random effects method, the pooled prevalence of toxoplasmosis was estimated as 47% (95%CI=38.4% to55.4%). Change impact analysis is defined as identifying the potential consequences of a change or estimating what needs to be modified to accomplish a change. The term "impact analysis" is used with many meanings, its used for characterizing and comparing diverse change impact analysis approaches, it corresponds to how an approach is used to accomplish change impact analysis and how an approach does change impact analysis internally and the effectiveness of the impact analysis approach. As the project management community recognizes the growing need to identify the consequences of changes. Some recent surveys reported that the project failure rate has increased over the last two decades. Because, the software projects capacities increase with the lack of appropriate approach of software change requirement management. However, this paper deals with investigating further change impact analysis issues at IT companies in Malaysia, by looking their Organizational decision level and how they applied it and profile them. Subsequently, it proposes the approapreate team for software change impact analysis performance.

Software Change Impact Analysis (SCIA) has defined as a process of identifying the consequences o... more Software Change Impact Analysis (SCIA) has defined as a process of identifying the consequences of the software changes requests. Almost no major corporations are free from the challenge of developing and implementing successful strategies for managing change. Different studies have been conducted in this subject for the last two decades, several approaches have been proposed. But most of these studies have less support to the current process of a software change management. The complexities of software change development nowadays cause the process of managing software change to be difficulty. There is major organizations that are free from the challenges of initiating, developing and implementing effective software changes management. As a result, software practitioners recognize that strategic change is not temporary issues but it's continued process. Only few project managers got the ability to manage th change efficiently. Therefore, this paper investigates issues of change impact analysis process and identifies and compares current practice issues of a software change impact analysis, by evaluating their strengths and weaknesses. It also reviews existing tools and models of change impact analysis and how it supports to the current software change managements. Hence, it proposes existing processe issues and suggests the need of an effective process of software change management.

In this paper, a review was taken out for the current project time management risk assessment tools for SME software development projects, analyze risk assessment parameters, conditions, scenarios, and finally propose risk assessment tool (RAT) model to assess, treat, and monitor risks. An implementation prototype system is developed to validate the model.
