A person's interest in entrepreneurship can be influenced by internal factors and external f... more A person's interest in entrepreneurship can be influenced by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include locus of control, while external factors include entrepreneurship education. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence locus of control and entrepreneurship education had on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The data for the three variables (entrepreneurship education, locus of control, and interest in entrepreneurship) were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the students. The population of this study was 287 students, while the sample was 167 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that interest in entrepreneurship can be influenced by entrepreneurship education and locus of control partially or simultaneously, although the contribution of locus of control is greater than entrepreneurship education.Keywords:Entrepreneurship, Interest In Entrepreneurship,...

Pembimbing: (I) Dr. Agung Haryono, S.E., M.P., Ak (II) Dr. Lisa Rokhmani, M.Si Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar Ekonomi, hasil belajar Kewirausahaan, dan minat berwirausaha Jumlah pengangguran yang terus meningkat merupakan salah satu masalah di Indonesia. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi tingkat pengangguran adalah dengan memperbanyak wirausaha. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini, terdapat mata pelajaran ekonomi dan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan yang mengajarkan dan mendidik siswa untuk menjadi wirausaha. Pemahaman siswa terhadap mata pelajaran ekonomi dan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan diukur dengan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh hasil belajar Ekonomi terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa, (2) pengaruh hasil belajar Kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha, (3) pengaruh hasil belajar Ekonomi dan hasil belajar Kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas X IPS MAN 3 Malang. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi populasi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling yaitu sejumlah total siswa/siswi kelas X IPS sebanyak 62 siswa. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS 21 for Windows. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial hasil belajar ekonomi (X1) terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (Y), ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari signifikansi 0,05. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial hasil belajar kewirausahaan (X2) terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (Y), ditunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,021 lebih kecil dari signifikansi 0,05. Sedangkan secara simultan, ada pengaruh yang signifikan hasil belajar ekonomi dan hasil belajar kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa, ditunjukkan dengan uji F bahwa nilai yang diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka peneliti memberikan saran bagi (1) guru jangan hanya mendidik materi dalam mata pelajaran tersebut, tetapi guru juga harus menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha siswa dengan menjelaskan keuntungan menjadi wirausaha. (2) Bagi pihak sekolah sebaiknya selalu mendukung siswa untuk membuat produk baru atau mengasah keahlian maupun kekreatifan siswa untuk menghasilkan uang sendiri. Exploding entrepreneurs is the effort to decrease unemployment rate. Nowadays, there are economic and entrepreneurship subjects which teach and educate students to become an entrepreneurs. Student’s comprehension of economic and entrepreneurship subjects are measured by the learning outcomes. This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of economic learning outcomes toward students’ anxiety in entrepreneurship, (2) the influence of entrepreneurship learning outcomes toward entrepreneurship anxiety, (3) the influence of economic and entrepreneurship learning outcomes toward X IPS MAN 3 Malang students which interested in entrepreneurship. Research design that already used is descriptive quantitative. This study uses purposive sampling technique by taking 62 students of X IPS class. The researcher collecting data are by giving questionnaires and taking documentation. The data analyzed with SPSS 21 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that (1) the influence of economic learning outcomes of (X1) toward students who interest in entrepreneurship (Y) obtained significance of (0.000) is smaller than the significancy level of (0.05), therefore economic learning outcomes contribute big impacts in entrepreneurship, (2) the effect of entrepreneurship learning outcomes (X2) obtained significancy of (0.021) is smaller than the significance level of (0.05), therefore entrepreneurship learning outcomes contribute big impacts in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media on business development in the glass noodles Manjung Home Industry through employee performance. This research is included as causal associative research. Data on social media variables and employee performance are taken using questionnaires, while business development variables are taken using documentation. This research uses path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that social media influences employee performance; social media influences business development, and employee performance influence on business development. However, in this study employee performance variables are not considered as intervening variables due to its smaller contribution on direct business development compared to influence of social media.

The data in the study were taken from 125 respondents. Respondents in this study were customers of Islamic banks, conventional banks, and were not yet customers of the two banks. This study uses quantitative research methods and analyzes the data using multiple regression models with SPSS 21 application. The results indicate that Islamic financial literacy, promotion, and brand image affect the intention to save in Islamic banks.

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship at the Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya. This research is included in causal associative research. There are three variables in this research, they are entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and interest in entrepreneurship. The data were taken using a questionnaire. The population of this study was 1635 students, while the sample was 327 students. The researchers used a random sampling technique to choose the sample. This study used multiple regression methods. The results of this study indicated that there was an influence between motivation and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions simultaneously or partially. This study indicated that the motivation variable significantly contributed to entrepreneurial interest than the self-efficacy variable.

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 64 orang pengusaha mie soun yang terdapat di Kabupaten Klaten. Sampel diambil sebanyak 55 orang pengusaha dengan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh hasil belajar kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa MAN 2 Malang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa MAN 2 Malang. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 1200 siswa, sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 300 siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian asosiatif kausal. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan dua cara, yaitu dari angket dan dari nilai siswa. Variabel hasil belajar kewirausahaan siswa diambil dari nilai raport siswa, sedangkan variabel minat berwirausaha siswa diambil dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikannya 0.036 atau kurang dari 0.05. Variabel hasil belajar kewirausahaan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 66%.
