Increasing entrepreneurial values in practice needs to be supported by good learning media. This ... more Increasing entrepreneurial values in practice needs to be supported by good learning media. This project is intended to create animated video media for learning mathematics based on entrepreneurial principles for second graders of elementary school. The research employed Research and Development (R&D) develoipmental model by using the ADDIE method. Two media experts, two material experts, and one linguist expert served as the research subjects. User responses from the results of the implementation consisted of 2nd grade homeroom teachers and 38 students in 2nd grade of SD Negeri 8 Air Gegas in South Bangka. The data collection method employed questionnaires and observation as the instrument of the research. An average rating of 90.2% from media professionals was reached after considering the opinions of material specialists, linguists, and media experts. Kegiatan pelatihan memfasilitasi peserta untuk mengubah mindset tantangan global menjadi peluang melalui optimalisasi ICT, mengembangkan kemampuan pendukung agar dapat diimplementasikan dalam ekosistem pendidikan serta masyarakat luas. Moreover, this study to support Government policy about work from home (WFH) and school from home (SFH) to preventive measure dissolution of Covid-19 distribution. This opportunities for the students could be survive in the globalization and industrial revolution 4.0. Accordingly the study was very important to do. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of telegram-assisted e-work teams based blended learning in entrepreneurship learning for STKIP MBB students. This was a developmental research model research and development according to ADDIE, involving five stages: 1) Analysis; 2) Design; 3) Development; 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. This development of this product was based on a Learning Management System (LMS) using Moodle through an e-learning website was gnomio. This study cased limited to the design and development stage. The data were collected through questionnaires of advisability telegram assisted e-work team based blended learning from expert judgment. The result of this study showed that teaching material could be used for entrepreneur learning, moreover entrepreneur learning material and media were included good category.

This new phenomenon where currently the educators and students are grappling with the idea, innovation, problem solving skills to implementation and adaptation. Especially, with the development of ICT and relative exposure of students to it, this study examines student's perception about online learning which help in a newer teaching and learning experiences on the campus. The Ministry of Education and Culture recommends learning from home using online learning. Primary Teacher Education Program Study in STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung (STKIP MBB) has been implemented online learning to use the LMS, social media, and some application to supported learning process. This was a descriptive strudy involved an analysis of survey of student regarding their perception on online learning. Technique the sample collection used simple random sampling on 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd years primary teacher education in STKIP MBB about 150 student's. The data were collected through questionnaires of the student's perception of online learning. The data analysis used descriptive analysis. The result of this study was student's perception of online learning to use varied media or application in the course has a somewhat good category (38,75%) for implementation and the student's suggestion to start What's App, Google Meet or Zoom Application.

Therefore, learning model has a strategic role especially for the achievement of entrepreneurial character building in students. Furthermore, the challenges that occur in the internalization of entrepreneurial values at University of Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung (UNMUH BABEL) were that the character of students still does not show entrepreneurial stretching, such as students experience and interest in business-related activities. Whereas the expected learning environment such as student cooperatives is not yet available, that students only get experience from the courses and students actively participating in student activity units related to entrepreneurship and their activities are not optimal because only a small proportion are active. That situation made entrepreneurship course must be good managed as well as possible which requires a learning model accompanied by the ability of the lecturer to maximize the internalization process. The quantum learning model was a model that could anticipate of the challenges found in entrepreneurship learning, especially for Primary School Teacher Study Program students. The result of this research used a basic study for further entrepreneurship development model in UNMUH BABEL. The aim of this research was to know of the students perceptions of the quantum learning model used in the Entrepreneurship course. Furthermore, to describe the learning process that has been carried out. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The data were collected through questionnaire of students perception. The subject in this study were 50 students form a total of 124 students who have experienced entrepreneurship learning. The result of this research showed that perception of Enroll (75%); Demonstrate (74%); Review (75%); and Celebrate (77%) were included good category. However the Experiences (54%) and the Label (41%) were included passably category. The conclusion of this research was quantum learning model could be to improve the students entrepreneurial skills based on their perception and experiences.

Semangat dan jiwa kewirausahaan muncul melalui sebuah proses yang panjang, terutama bagi mereka y... more Semangat dan jiwa kewirausahaan muncul melalui sebuah proses yang panjang, terutama bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki pengalaman atau tidak terbiasa berada di lingkungan yang menunjang tumbuhnya semangat dan jiwa kewirausahaan tersebut. Seringkali lembaga pendidikan hanya menghasilkan peserta didik yang terampil namun tidak memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan, sehingga pada akhirnya peserta didik terbentuk sebagai tenaga siap bekerja bukan pencipta lapangan pekerjaan. Jauh sebelumnya, pada proses penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan melalui pendidikan, terdapat proses pembentukan jiwa kewirausahaan yaitu melalui proses pembelajaran dan pembiasaan diri sebagai pencetus karakter di kemudian hari. Dalam hal ini, Sekolah Dasar (SD) sebagai pintu wajib belajar pendidikan pertama bagi anak tentunya memiliki peranan yang penting. Secara eksplisit, di jenjang pendidikan SD tidak ada kewajiban untuk mempelajari kewirausahaan. Namun, jika dihubungkan dengan kebutuhan, harapan dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap tumbuhnya jiwa kewirausahaan melalui pendidikan, maka hal ini layaknya perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih. Berikut dijabarkan beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan manajemen dalam upaya menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan di lingkungan SD yaitu melalui kegiatan market week¸ kegiatan field trip pasar tradisional dan pasar modern, ekskul berbasis kewirausahaan, pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran, pengadaan lab kewirausahaan, penataan suasana sekolah untuk penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan, pelatihan berbasis kewirausahaan yang berkesinambungan bagi tenaga pendidik, dan pemberian penghargaan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai kewirausahaan jenjang sekolah dasar. Subjek penelitian adalah sekolah mitra STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung yang berjumlah 5 sekolah dasar di kecamatan Gabek, Pangkalpinang. Setiap sekolah diambil 9 orang responden terdiri atas 5 orang siswa, 1 Kepala Sekolah, 1 guru kelas, 1 pembina ekstrakurikuler dan 1 orang bagian kurikulum. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan langkah reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai mandiri, nilai berani mengambil resiko dan nilai kreatif dengan skor tertinggi berturut 74,17%, 74,56% dan 85% pada SD Negeri 10. Skor tertinggi untuk nilai kerja keras terlihat pada SD Negeri 6, dan skor berorientasi tindakan tertinggi 84,16% pada SD Negeri 62. Nilai kepemimpinan tertinggi dengan skor 80,83% pada SD Negeri 22. Seringkali lembaga pendidikan hanya menghasilkan peserta didik yang terampil namun tidak memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan, sehingga pada akhirnya peserta didik terbentuk sebagai tenaga siap bekerja bukan pencipta lapangan pekerjaan. Jauh sebelumnya, pada proses penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan melalui pendidikan, terdapat proses pembentukan jiwa kewirausahaan yaitu melalui proses pembelajaran dan pembiasaan diri sebagai pencetus karakter di kemudian hari.
