The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of milkfish pond aquaculture in Cemarajaya Village, Cibuaya sub-district, Karawang Regency. The method used is a case study with quantitative analysis and descriptive data analysis. The sampling technique used Purposive sampling with 30 respondents. The result show the first for characteristic of cultivation majority are the male, range of age in 50-54 years with an elementary school of education level and then majority of cultivation have been doing this cultivation 2-6 years. Second for general condition majority cultivation 1-5 Ha area, they buy the fish seed IDR 25-30/fish with transportation cost in IDR 300,000-500,000. The cultivation can be stocking from 300,000 – 500,000 fish/Ha/cycle with cost of fertilizer in IDR 225,000-550,000 and cost probiotic in IDR ≤100,000. The production in cultivation can b...

Therefore, each individual can be different work values with each other. The differences of opinion from previous research on the role of gender in work values, lack of research about work values, and previous research only used quantitative methods, that become background in this study. The purpose of this research is to determine the work value based on gender that looked on work values dimension according to Wollack. This research uses qualitative method with fenomenology study approach and using interview, tracing of online data, and documentation as data collection method. Data analysis methods used in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The evaluative criteria used in this study are credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Keberhasilan dalam suatu proses pembelajaran didukung oleh berbagai komponen salah satunya adalah... more Keberhasilan dalam suatu proses pembelajaran didukung oleh berbagai komponen salah satunya adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran sebagai penghubung interaksi dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga menjadikan pembelajaran tersebut berkesan bagi siswa. Salah satunya menggunakan media Pop-Up Book. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh media Pop-Up Book untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar di SDN Pakis V Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Quasi Experiment, sample penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVb & IVd tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dan sampel 64 siswa dibagi menjadi 32 siswa dikelas eksperimen dan 32 siswa dikelas kontrol.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian diberikan tes pilihan ganda dalam tes tersebut dibagi menjadi dua yaitu pretest dan posttest.
