The study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Tamalate Dis... more The study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Tamalate District Office in Makassar City. This study used 30 samples (respondents). Methods of data analysis in the study using simple linear regression statistical analysis. The result of equation analysis is obtained by simple regression coefficient of Y = 10,516 0,705X. The result of the analysis method obtained correlation coefficient (r) = 0,566 and value r2 obtained is 0,320. Value t arithmetic = 3.632. The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance at Tamalate District Office in Makassar City

This research is to study the competencies of teachers and student achievement. Data sources used... more This research is to study the competencies of teachers and student achievement. Data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, with PNS teacher participants in the Makassar City Education and Culture Office, as for the sample of 183 teacher respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the research results obtained positive and significant competence on the performance of high school teachers in Makassar City, while the evaluation of competencies on student achievement has positive and not significant results on the learning achievement of high school students in Makassar City. Intervening variable test results obtained positive and significant assessment competence on student achievement in high school in Makassar through teacher performance, direct competency complaints against student learning achievement when teacher performance is significant on student learning achievement.

This study examines the effect of managerial ownership, firm size, leverage, and growth opportuni... more This study examines the effect of managerial ownership, firm size, leverage, and growth opportunities on accounting prudence. This type of research includes causal research using quantitative methods. The population in this study were all mining companies listed on the BEI, as many as 28 companies. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling, so the full selection was 50 data from 10 financial statements of mining companies for five years. Secondary data was collected through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis with the Ordinary Least Square model using the Eviews Version 12 software. The results found that managerial ownership positively and significantly affected accounting prudence. Meanwhile, firm size and leverage have no significant positive effect on accounting prudence. Meanwhile, the growth opportunities variable has a negative and significant impact on accounting prudence. The suggestions given by the author for further research are expected to consider other factors outside of this research that can affect accounting prudence such as litigation risk, taxes, and public ownership and can expand objects to other sectors and extend the research period to provide better results and more accurate.

Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan skala liner, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regersi linear sederhana dengan olah data SPSS. Penelitian dilakukan dikota Makassar pada karyawan yang berkerja pada bidang jasa kontraktor dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 karyawan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja . Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimaknai bahwa peningkatan kompetensi pekerja harus terus dilakukan dalam bidang jasa kontraktor untuk dapat mewujudkan kinerja yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. This study investigates the impact of service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of RSUD And... more This study investigates the impact of service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba inpatients. Quantitative causal studies are included in this type of research. The population of this study consisted of 14,501 inpatients at the Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital. However, only 150 samples were used because this quantity met the minimum number of samples required for SEM model testing. Primary data sources were used for this study. The collected data will be subjected to a series of tests, including descriptive analysis, a data quality test consisting of (validity and reliability tests), a classical assumption test consisting of a normality test and an outlier’s test, and a SEM analysis conducted with the AMOS program to test the hypothesis. This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional in... more This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on morale, and the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and passion of work on employee performance, as well as the effect of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, Spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Employee performance through and employee morale. The research was carried out in all work units at the 140 Islamic Private lecturers in the scope of LLDIKTI-IX. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model by AMOS. The study results found that Islamic leadership positively and significantly affected morale, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence, increasing employee morale. Employee performance improves with high Islamic leadership and increased confidence. Emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The position of morale in the research model is not to be a mediating variable (intervening) in explaining the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance. The role of morale in the research model is a perfect mediation variable (complete mediation) in explaining the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. To improve employee performance, emotional intelligence cannot do it directly.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitia... more Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini di lakukan di PT Anugerah Fitrah Hidayah yang berada di Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data dan menggunakan persamaan struktural yang penyelesaiannya dilakukan dengan bantuan progam SmartPLS sebagai teknik analisis kuantitatif. Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan menyatakan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai 72,179051 dan signifikan pada α = 0.05, Nilai t statistik tersebut berada diatas nilai kritis 1.96, dengan demikian H0 diterima. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa iklim organisasi sangat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Anugerah Fitrah Hidayah. Iklim organisasi yang mendapatkan perhatian dengan baik akan memberikan pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Iklim Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan

Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 62 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa.
