The target population is made up of 60 four-star hotels registered with the Enugu State Ministry of Culture & Tourism, Nigeria, while 40 registered four-star hotels were selected from the target population with simple random sampling technique. Formulated hypotheses were analysed with linear regression. The study found that talent management dimensions have a significant positive effect on the measures of organisational resilience. This study concludes that talent management, measured with talent attraction, talent development, and talent retention, enhances organisational resilience of hospitality firms. This study has contributed to human resource management literature with regards to talent management and organisational resilience.
