In the United States, the number of users was 278.8 million and in Europe 518.5 million. This paper explain digital marketing tools like display advertising, e-mail, mobile applications and search engine; which support marketers and companies to promote their products and services. Through digital marketing; we can buy and sell fast for any product and service, and can reach out maximum customers. Social media plays role in marketing, and we can response quickly customer inquiries and measure his satisfy. This paper introduce a brief of marketing in digital era.

This study is an endeavour to study the impact of Information and communication technologies (ICT... more This study is an endeavour to study the impact of Information and communication technologies (ICT) on tourism marketing in India. Development in ICT has increased the use of the internet and the world wide web at the various places where individuals spent their time. ICT enabled the supplier of tourism to provide information and complete the process of reservation directly. Tourism marketing depends on the behaviour of consumers followed by STP strategies. The major area of concern in tourism marketing is represented by communication methods based on marketing through the use of ICT. As the tourism industry became competitive, the organization has to use ICT in tourism marketing. Primary data has been collected through a questionnaire. Descriptive design of research also followed for the research. Convenience sampling technique applied to collect primary data from 142 respondents. Responses are collected from various tourism organizations, airline tour operators and from hospitality organization. A major objective of this study is to investigate the impact of various ICT tools on tourism marketing. The study is useful for the organization to make a strategy for marketing using ICT. The findings of the study documented the significant impact of ICT tools represented Email, World wide web, Smart Phone applications, Social media, Operator Website on tourism marketing.

This study aims to investigate how various aspects of service quality in laptop dealer companies ... more This study aims to investigate how various aspects of service quality in laptop dealer companies affect customers’ loyalty in Jordan. Data were collected from 341 Jordanian clients of dealer firms selling laptops in Jordan (HP, LG, Toshiba, Apple, Samsung, Sony, and Dell). Collected data were then analyzed; the hypotheses were assessed with the help of SPSS and structural equation modeling. The findings showed that customers’ loyalty is significantly impacted by reliability, accessibility to service, and safety. Furthermore, the value of beta represents relative importance. The dimension of safety showed the highest level in size of the impact on customers’ loyalty, and its value was 0.446 of the total impact. Next, the access to service dimension was the second factor in the impact size (0.239), and the reliability dimension demonstrated the smallest impact size with 0.146. This study aimed at examining the impact of E-HRM on organizational health. It focused on telecom... more This study aimed at examining the impact of E-HRM on organizational health. It focused on telecommunications companies operating in Jordan. Data were primarily gathered through self-reported questionnaires created in Google Forms and distributed to a purposive sample of senior managers via email. AMOSv24 was used to test the study hypotheses. The results of the study show that E-HRM has a positive impact on organizational health. Based on the obtained results, the researchers recommend managers and decision-makers of the telecommunications companies in Jordan to invest in electronic human resources systems, which can help them fully implement human resources practices electronically, to obtain economic savings and to be able to attract talents. The study also highlights the importance of focusing more on the electronic training and development process in order to raise individuals’ practical capabilities, which is reflected in their creativity.

Also, it focuses on how the marketers create a new strategy to gain new customers at both the local and global levels, and to promote their new products and services. International Marketing is characterized as less costing and using technology( i.e. the social media apps and the internet websites)in promoting the products and services. Several international companies including Amazon company have been ubiquitous all over the world through its website. In 2017, its profit went all the way up to $3.03 billion, which means it has penetrated the global markets and achieved its objectives.
