This is an all-experimental study of pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of sixth grade students in schools Fardis in the academic year of 1997-98 was. The sampling method was simple random and the selected students were divided into experimental and control groups. The sample size was determined using Morgan table and the number of sample people in each group was 16. Experimental science course was taught in the experimental group by aesthetic teaching method and in the control group by traditional teaching method. To assess the attitude towards school, McCoach (2003) school attitude questionnaire (SAAS-R) was used with a reliability of 0.96. The obtained data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance. The results showed that the level of attitude towards school in students who took the sixth grade experimental ...

The Bazaar has during the latest centuries been the only major actor and played a crucial role in the countries socio-economical life. It is the men's world, based on network, hierarchical, and founded on informal institutions and relationships. The form of its organization is a combination of market, hierarchy and cooperation. It is network based and the Bazaari (businessman) is the central link in the network. Further, I introduce the concept of network and network theory in relation to the Bazaar. Afterwards the Bazaar is analysed and its function is explained with the help of network theory.

This research paper aims to provide an exploratory analysis of EI in the hospitals managers located in Tehran, and examine its relation to their performance. The present research was an analytical and cross-sectional study. Setting of the study was hospitals located in Tehran, Iran. We conducted a cross-sectional study from a matched sample of 120 managers and 360 subordinates in hospitals located in Tehran. Cyberia shrink EI measure was used for assessing the EI of the participants. Moreover, a management performance Questionnaire is specifically developed for the present study. The total of 480 questionnaires analyzed throughout Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Mann-Whitney, and Kruskal-Wallis tests in SPSS. The findings suggested a poor EI among hospital managers. As for EI subscales, social skills and self-motivation were in the highest and lowest levels respectively. Moreover, the results indicated that EI increases with experience. The results also showed there is no significant relationship between the components of EI and the performance of hospital managers. Present research indicated that higher levels of EI did not necessarily lead to better performance in hospital managers.

Information and communication technology (ICT) can help schools to solve this problem. So there is a competition between countries to use this technology as much as possible to reach the aim of education, teaching and learning better. For the time this technology was used in some countries such as U.S.A and Canada and some European countries thus we can use their experiences and the way that have used successfully. One way to qualify something is to standardize and evaluate the results. One of these standards is that has been established by USA Office of distance education. The aim of this research is evaluate the program of Isfahan high school distance education centers according to students' opinion based on NADE-TDEC pattern 2009-10. There are 17 centers in Isfahan, Iran that 179 students of these centers were selected randomly and questionnaires were distributed among them. The results of this research showed that the quality of course development is upper than medium, quality of technology is lower than medium, quality of instruction is upper than medium and quality of institutional support is upper than medium.

This is a challenge for healthcare providers and their families. This study investigated the extent in which hospitals at Tehran meet the criteria of age-friendly hospitals. In this descriptive study, using convenience sampling, 26 hospitals were selected in Tehran, the capital city of Iran. The instrument was a checklist included 50 items in the three dimensions of information and training of service providers, management systems in health care centers, physical environment and accessibility of hospitals. Most hospitals were in a good condition regarding physical environment and access to public transportation, but in a poor condition for special healthcare programs for the elderly, teaching principles of geriatrics and gerontology, interaction of medical staff, physicians and nurses with senior patients and systems of priority for them. Due to the growing elderly population, it is necessary for ...

In this paper, the optimal PMU placement (OPP) is considered as an integer valued optimization problem which is hard to solve due to considering various conditions of power network including the base case state, effects of conventional measurements and contingencies such as single measurement loss or single branch outage. The proposed HDPSO is based on the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm which has a good convergence behavior. To increase the efficiency of the proposed HDPSO the concepts of time varying coefficients are incorporated to the proposed algorithm. Besides, a new neighborhood topology namely Stochastic Based String (SBS) topology is introduced. The proposed SBS topology prevents the particles to rush toward obtained local best solutions at the beginning of the search process. The efficiency of the proposed method is verified by the simulation results of IEEE 14-bus, 30-bus, New England 39-bus, 57-bus and 118 bus systems, respectively. The results are also compared with some newly methods in the area which verify our proposed method as a novel solution method to obtain reliable measurement system with the least number of PMUs.
