These changes are necessary to improve and increase the competitiveness of elements of the health care system, as well as the system as a whole. This article reflects the main directions of development of the health care system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To effectively manage health care, as well as to ensure that citizens exercise the rights and obligations guaranteed by the state, a common understanding, including in law enforcement practice, of legal norms in the field of health care is necessary. The analysis of ...

Exposure to gamma radiation can lead to oligospermia, azoospermia and DNA damage. Up to date, there is no effective pharmaceutical compound for protecting the male reproductive system and sperm. OBJECTIVE This study aimed at investigating the ability of Ɛ-aminocaproic acid (EACA) to prevent the damage of human spermatozoa and DNA induced by ionizing radiation. MATERIALS AND METHODS Sperm samples were obtained from healthy volunteers (35 men; 31.50 ± 7.34 years old). There were 4 experimental groups: 1) control group (CG), 2) group exposed to maximal radiation dose 67.88 mGy (RMAX), 3) low-dose radiation (minimal) 22.62 mGy (RMIN), and 4) group treated with radiation (67.88 mGy) and EACA (dose 50 ng/ml). Sperm motility, viability, and DNA damage were assessed. RESULTS We observed a significant decrease in total sperm motility of the RMAX group compared to CG (p < 0.05). Sperm viability in the RMAX group was also reduced in comparison to the control (p < 0.05). A significant increase in DNA fragmentation was detected in the RMAX group. The results demonstrated that the treatment of sperm with EACA led to a decrease in the fragmentation of the sperm DNA (compared to the RMAX group) (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION The results indicate that EACA effectively protects human spermatozoa from DNA damage induced by ionizing radiation. Treatment of spermatozoa with EACA led to the preservation of cell motility, viability, and DNA integrity upon radiation exposure.

Research object: electrolyzer with polypropylene bipolar electrode. Purpose of the study: research of cobalt electroextracton on the polypropylene bipolar electrode from low concentrated solutions. Research methods: stationary and non-stationary voltamperometry. measuring method of micro hardness. It was established that application of bipolar electrolyzer provides high purity electro-extraction of metal in the process of cobalt extraction. Using of polypropylene bipolar electrode provides lightness and plasticity that is not realized in the case of similar metallic. Received fallouts have a microhardness from 350 to 450 kg/мм2, depending on ions concentration of metal in electrolyte. Fallouts with maximal microhardness - homogeneous, fine crystalline with narrow distribution after the sizes of 5 - 8 mkm. The maximal values of extraction coefficient and current o...

Pregnant women often do not attach importance to these symptoms, since they are often signs of ordinary toxicosis. We report a case of uncomplicated pregnancy, the birth of a healthy mature baby in a patient with a giant tumor of both frontal lobes of the brain, and a case of maternal mortality in the postoperative period. Aim: Aim of the article was to present a rare clinical situation-a case of maternal mortality in a 21-year-old Asian patient with uncomplicated pregnancy which had a planned cesarean section operation due to the presence of a scar on the uterus under epidural anesthesia. On the 2nd postoperative day according to MRT newly diagnosed inoperable giant tumor of both frontal lobes of the brain with a dislocation, which caused the death of the puerpera. Results: probability of the physiological course of pregnancy and the birth of a healthy newborn in the presence of a giant meningioma of the brain (anterior frontal lobe). Case presentation: A case of maternal mortality in a 21-year-old Asian patient with uncomplicated pregnancy which had a planned cesarean section operation due to the presence of a scar on the uterus under epidural anesthesia. On the 2nd day of the postoperative period, an inoperable giant tumor of both frontal lobes of the brain with dislocation was diagnosed according to MRT data. Conclusion: The combination of pregnancy and cerebral tumor is rare, in this case, it is reported about the asymptomatic course of an inoperable cerebral tumor of gigantic size. The diagnosis was confirmed by noninvasive diagnostic methods (MRT). Knowledge of this rare brain disease in pregnant women is important in the differential diagnosis of patients with mental and neurological conditions in the postpartum period.
