Modeling of lexemes are well studied within traditional linguistics; nevertheless, there are some... more Modeling of lexemes are well studied within traditional linguistics; nevertheless, there are some problems, which have no definite solution yet. Cognitive approach, especially theory approach to this phenomenon, permits to view the problem of classifying the types of modeling concepts in a different way. In the article lexemes with transferred are viewed because of interpretation of knowledge about a human. The author shows that lexemes with transferred are formed with the help of metaphorical and metonymical cognitive models. The author identify conceptual characteristics, because of which the metaphorical and metonymical transfer is carried out.

The progressing of the Uzbek linguistics and learning approaches to language, especially, problem... more The progressing of the Uzbek linguistics and learning approaches to language, especially, problems of cognitive linguistics have been analyzed in the article. The results show that cognitive approach and methods of cognitive language materials carried out legislation of lexical units of the Uzbek language, as the materials of the Uzbek language indicate the reasons of conceptual connection of linguistic units, including the semantic factor of cognitive linguistic connection were illuminated in the article. The main characteristics of idiomatic units were based on conceptual connection. Some idiomatic words of the Uzbek language were translated into English with their equivalents. A variety of Uzbek language materials is based on the perception of reality, knowledge, opportunities linguistic memory of people. The article discusses a metaphor and a metonymy, functioning as cognitive tools for expression of... more The article discusses a metaphor and a metonymy, functioning as cognitive tools for expression of an imagery element not as the main stylistic devices. The main purpose and the novelty of the present article are in undertaking the detail analysis of a Metaphtonymy with the idiomatic compound words in the English and Uzbek languages. Moreover, as a Metaphtonymy is a new notion appeared as a result of the mutual harmony of a conceptual metaphor and a conceptual metonymy in contemporary linguistics, the definitions of a conceptual metaphor, a conceptual metonymy and a Metaphtonymy are briefly discussed. The use of a Metaphtonymy in a language is analyzed with the examples of idiomatic compound words in the English and Uzbek languages. During the Russian Empire, in 1897, during the population census and in Soviet times, census data from 1926 to1989, reports, archival sources and historical literature, through a comparative analysis, the number of Uzbeks in Turkmenistan, the dynamics of their reproduction, distribution areas were studied Uzbek population. Electron microscopic and immunofluorescent study in rats aged 1 and 3 days after birth allowed es... more Electron microscopic and immunofluorescent study in rats aged 1 and 3 days after birth allowed establishing a process of absorption of protein from the small intestine into the lymph and blood. Blood homeostasis was provided by the proteins filtrated from glomerular capillaries of nephrons and reabsorbed by the epithelial cells in canaliculi of nephrons. The absorbed natural heterologous protein was depleted by lysosomes of epithelial cells of intestine and kidneys and macrophages. It supported not only blood homeostasis but also prevented loss of protein by an organism, formed sites for its digestion in the organism.

The article discusses problem of replantation of extremity segments in different trauma mechanism... more The article discusses problem of replantation of extremity segments in different trauma mechanisms. While studying the outcomes of the replantation operations for full or partial amputation of limbs or their segments in the 495 patients (363-men, 132-women) the dependency on conditions and duration of their transportation, adequacy anti shock actions, anaesthetic provision, and correctional treatment after the operation is determined. Replantation and reconstructive operations were performed in 191 cases, of them in 7-replantation of big segments. Simultaneous traumatic amputations of two and more segments were noted in 54 cases. Extended skin and soft tissue defects were found in 9 patients. Good outcomes were noted in 77.2% of cases. As Bogomolov and Sedov (2003) showed, a direct relationship was revealed between the anoxia period and the rate of arterial thrombosis.
