Disiplin belajar dan interkasi teman sebaya merupakan fakotr-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar, interaksi teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan ex-post facto dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 29 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket (kuesioner) dan dokumentasi. Angket terdiri dari angket disiplin belajar dan angket interaksi teman sebaya, sementara dokumentasi berupa hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dari nilai ulangan semester genap tahun ajaran 2021-2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Masalahnya adalah (1) Banyaknya limbah pertanian yang tidak termanfaatkan. (2) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan limbah budidaya pertanian, (3) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pembuatan pupuk organik dari limbah kegiatan pertanian, (4) Pendapatan menurun pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat adalah meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang sistem Agribisnis dengan memanfaatkan limbah pertanian untuk meningkatkan produktivitas rumah tangga petani di masa pandemic covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, penggunaan kuesioner, ceramah, demonstrasi, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) Pemanfaatan limbah pertanian dan limbah ternak, (2) Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang sistem Agribisnis berbasis Zero Waste Agriculture, (3) Meningkatnya keterampilan dalam pengolahan limbah pertanian melalui pembuatan pupuk organic, (4) Alternatif sumber nafkah rumah tangga pada masa pandemi covid-19.

JTEP terbit tiga kali setahun yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember, dan mulai tahun ini berisi 15 naskah untuk setiap nomornya. Peningkatan jumlah naskah pada setiap nomornya ini dimaksudkan untuk mengurangi masa tunggu dengan tidak menurunkan kualitas naskah yang dipublikasikan. Jurnal berkala ilmiah ini berkiprah dalam pengembangan ilmu keteknikan untuk pertanian tropika dan lingkungan hayati. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali setahun baik dalam edisi cetak maupun edisi online. Penulis makalah tidak dibatasi pada anggota PERTETA tetapi terbuka bagi masyarakat umum. Lingkup makalah, antara lain meliputi teknik sumberdaya lahan dan air, alat dan mesin budidaya pertanian, lingkungan dan bangunan pertanian, energi alternatif dan elektrifikasi, ergonomika dan elektronika pertanian, teknik pengolahan pangan dan hasil pertanian, manajemen dan sistem informasi pertanian. Makalah dikelompokkan dalam invited paper yang menyajikan isu aktual nasional dan internasional, review perkembangan penelitian, atau penerapan ilmu dan teknologi, technical paper hasil penelitian, penerapan, atau diseminasi, serta research methodology berkaitan pengembangan modul, metode, prosedur, program aplikasi, dan lain sebagainya. Drying is an important process in the production of high quality of white pepper commodities that... more Drying is an important process in the production of high quality of white pepper commodities that have a high economic value. The objective of this study was to investigate the drying process and the quality of white pepper after spouted bed drying with microwave preheating treatment based on quality parameters of total oil content and microbial contamination. The results of the study indicated that the drying process of spouted bed was able to reduce the moisture content of pepper on average by 59.94% d.b. for 31 minutes on treatment of non-preheating, 60.38% d.b. for 37 minutes on treatment of preheating of 320 watts, and 59.35% d.b. for 32 minutes at treatment of preheating of 640 watts. The initial white pepper seeds that was boiling and soaking for 3 days had a total microbial contents of 2.5 × 107 CFU/g. The physical properties of white pepper seeds were determined as a function of moisture content in the range of 15,40 - 64,80 % dry basis (d.b.). The average height, length and width at a moisture content condition of 15,40 % (d.b.) were 4,11 ± 0,27 mm; 4,35 ± 0,34 mm and 4,35 ± 0,35 mm, respectively. In the range of moisture content 15,40 - 64,80 % (d.b.), the results of this study showed an increase linearly of the third axial dimension, the average diameter, the roundness from 0,969 to 0,977, the volume from 39,50 to 67,34 mm3, the surface area from 55,87 to 79,92mm2 and the thousand seed mass from 52,47 to 75,63 g. Bulk density and true density has a polynomial correlation with changes in moisture content.The porosity decreased from 45,01 % to 44,88 % with an increase in the moisture content range of 15,40 - 64,80 % (d.b.). The drying kinetics of a material can be explained using a mathematical model which is usually used to estimate the drying time of the material. This study aims to determine the appropriate drying mathematical model for drying white pepper spouted beds with microwave preheating treatment. The equipment used in this study was a spouted bed dryer designed for laboratory scale. The material used in this study was wet white pepper seeds obtained from smallholder plantations in Enrekang district, South Sulawesi province with an age of approximately 8-9 months after flowering. The white pepper was directly put into the spouted bed drying room for non-preheating treatment, while for the preheating treatment the pepper was stored in a container then put in a microwave oven for 2 minutes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efek pretreatment LTLT blanching sebelum proses pengeringan terhadap karakteristik pengeringan dan kualitas cabai kering. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan 12 perlakuan, yaitu pengeringan dengan pretreatment LTLT blanching pada suhu 60, 70, dan 80 oC masing-masing selama 10, 15, dan 20 menit, lalu pengeringan dengan pretreatment HTST blanching pada suhu 100 oC selama 10 detik, pengeringan tanpa pretreatment blanching di dalam alat pengering ERK, serta pengeringan tanpa pretreatment blanching di bawah sinar matahari secara langsung.
