It is often associated with higher customer trust and loyalty. On the other hand, is a critical component of a brand's success and satisfied customers are likely to make repeat purchases and prefer a brand to others. Customers are influenced by factors like product quality, services and overall shopping experience. This research paper explores the relationship between brand image and customer satisfaction with specific reference to the Bahubali N Muttin Clothe Store located in Chadchan, Karnataka State. The clothing retail industry is highly competitive, and brand image plays a vital role in attracting and retaining customers. The study aims to investigate how the store's brand image influences customer satisfaction, and in turn, how customer satisfaction impacts brand loyalty. To achieve this, a comprehensive analysis is conducted, involving surveys, and customer feedback, to understand the dynamics between brand image and customer satisfaction. The findings of this research have implications for both the clothing retail industry and the specific store under investigation, offering insights into strategies for improving customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
