This research answers the following question: What is the impact of the implementation of a teach... more This research answers the following question: What is the impact of the implementation of a teaching unit based on citizenship skills to strengthen them in the 5th grade students of Cristo Rey school Dosquebradas - Risaralda? The overall objective is to determine the impact of a teaching unit, in strengthening emotional and communication skills in fifth grade students from two public schools of School Dosquebradas Cristo Rey. The work is of a quantitative nature, he seeks to collect and analyze data on variables to test the hypothesis, is experimental, because it works with two groups to establish relationships between them, cutting is quasi-experimental, because the groups those who were administered a pretest and a posttest, are intact, the first is a preliminary test to verify the initial equivalence of groups and the second is the test after the application of the unit to compare if it caused any effect.
