In this case, a formulation of PBM activities is needed that does not separate the science, skills and cultural values of the local community. This paper explains the idea of a formulation of the integration of Minangkabau cultural values which is contained in the adagium "Adat Basandi Syarak Syarak Basandi Kitabullah" (ABS SBK) into the curriculum of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in elementary schools. This integration formulation is carried out as a solution to various kinds of social and moral problems faced by the world of education in the face of the wave of modernization. The European GAIA project focussed on the development of novel ionomer, membrane, reinforcement, ... more The European GAIA project focussed on the development of novel ionomer, membrane, reinforcement, catalyst, catalyst support, gas diffusion and microporous layers, and layer constructions for high power density, high current density automotive membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs). Reaching a sufficiently low degradation rate (11-14 µV/h in an automotive drive cycle including operation at 105 °C) consistent with the 6,000 hour lifetime target while also succeeding in achieving the 1.8 W/cm2 power density at high current density (3 A/cm2) target was a major challenge, and the outcomes of GAIA represent an important step forward for fuel cell transport MEA technology. The results are all the more important that they were obtained with MEAs using materials developed and up-scaled in GAIA. By reaching this high-power density without increasing platinum loading, the Pt-specific power density was reduced to 0.25 g Pt/kW. Congenital anterior urethrocutanous fistula is a rare genitourinary malformation with unknown eti... more Congenital anterior urethrocutanous fistula is a rare genitourinary malformation with unknown etiology and may present as an isolated form or in association with hypospadias or chordee. We describe a case of congenital anterior urethrocutanous fistula with chordee variants in a 5-year-old boy. The patient successfully underwent chordectomy and urethroplasty with no adverse outcomes. We report a review of the literature about the etiology and surgical intervention especially with chordee variants. The congenital anterior urethrocutanous fistula is a rare anomaly with unkown etiopathogenesis.

Untuk memperbaiki tingkat kecerahan kontras citra, beberapa metode telah dilakukan seperti Fast Hue and Range Preserving Histogram Equalization Specification yang meliputi Algoritma Naik and Murthy, algoritma Optimal Range-Preserving Enhancement, algoritma Multiplicative Color Enhancement dan algoritma Additive Color Enhancement. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect on the learning outcomes of English study program students taught with the Problem Based Learning Model in the course of "Belajar dan Pembelajaran (Learning and Instruction). The research design used is Quasi-Experimental Research. This design involves two groups: one as the control group and one as the experimental group. The data obtained from this research is processed by calculating the gain or difference between the pretest and post-test scores. For time efficiency, data were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program for Windows version 24. Because of the Asymp value. Sig. This cooperation is an activity undertaken by municipal governments in Indonesia with municipal g... more This cooperation is an activity undertaken by municipal governments in Indonesia with municipal governments abroad to enhance mutually friendly relations between the two countries. However, the implementation of the program's activities stalled in 1997 and the MoU was exhausted in 2005 without any extension efforts from both parties. Previous research has identified several factors supporting the success of sister city cooperation and one such factor is institutional. The purpose in this research is to analyze any institutional factors affecting the success of sister city cooperation between Semarang-Brisbane. This research is conducted by qualitative method where the primary data collection in this research is done through interview to eight responders from various background. The results showed that the government institutional factor is very important in its involvement with sister city activities with the Mayor as the key to the success of the sister city program and the coordination center of sister city cooperation is in the hands of the government.

Sister city cooperation is an activity undertaken under a cooperation agreement between the munic... more Sister city cooperation is an activity undertaken under a cooperation agreement between the municipal government in Indonesia and the municipal governments abroad to enhance mutually friendly relations and understanding between the two countries. The Government of Kotamadia Semarang on January 11, 1993 signed the first Sister City Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lord Mayor of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Unfortunately, this cooperation MoU was suspended in 2005, and although the MoU is still running the implementation of the program's activities stalled in 1997. The results of previous research indicate several factors as a factor supporting the success of sister city cooperation. Supporting factors are one of them is the human resources factor. The objective in this research is to identify aspects of human resource factor that can support the success of Semarang-Brisbane sister city activity. The primary data collection in this research is questionnaire and interview to eight responders from various backgrounds. The analysis in this research is done by using descriptive analysis to describe respondent's opinion about human resources factor that support the success of Semarang-Brisbane sister city. The result of the research shows that the important competency factor of human resources is the understanding of the culture and language of partner countries. Meanwhile, according to the interests of human resource competence is to master English or other relevant languages, understand partner countries, experts in the field of international agreements and mastering foreign policy.

The WHO has recommended large PHW, which stipulated in Framework Convention of Tobacco Control, FCTC, Article 11 in order to inform the harmful effects resulting from tobacco use (WHO, 2005). Unfortunately, this cooperation MoU was suspended in 2005, and although the MoU is still running the implementation of the program's activities stalled in 1997. The results of previous research indicate several factors as a factor supporting the success of sister city cooperation. Supporting factors are one of them is the human resources factor. The objective in this research is to identify aspects of human resource factor that can support the success of Semarang-Brisbane sister city activity. The primary data collection in this research is questionnaire and interview to eight responders from various backgrounds. The analysis in this research is done by using descriptive analysis to describe respondent's opinion about human resources factor that support the success of Semarang-Brisbane sister city. The result of the research shows that the important competency factor of human resources is the understanding of the culture and language of partner countries. Meanwhile, according to the interests of human resource competence is to master English or other relevant languages, understand partner countries, experts in the field of international agreements and mastering foreign policy.
