For the last time Russia is actively involved in the process of implementing BIM. Another trend in constructing corresponds to the concept of sustainable development and is related to sustainable ecological design over "green" standards. Such project should be based on the digital model of the building; in this case it refers to the Green BIM, which allows to perform different calculations for its optimization. For wider dissemination of Green BIM among developers of architectural and construction projects it is necessary to teach it in universities. The department of applied informatics of the Ural State University of Architecture and Art since 2009 has introduced in the educational process BIM-technology and "green" standards in the form of the supplement to traditional courses and practices. This article presents results of Green BIM-technology in a number of diploma projects of graduates of the applied informatics department.

This problem appears at designing of optimum control programs for sheet cutting equipment. For standard cutting technique (i.e. “along a closed contour”) the optimization problem can be reduced to travelling salesman problem if only one point for tool’s switching on can be used. For the first time the problem of tool’s path optimization for more general case is formalized. This case assumes that several possible points for tool’s switching on can be used. On set of admissible solutions the metric is defined. It allows developers to apply all local search algorithms and other methods used in discrete optimization.

Herein, we give a short review and some examples of Green, BIM technologies, in different countries. For more effective implementation of "green" building, it is necessary to introduce corresponding thematic in the higher education. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the articles, we described the competencies that a University Graduate must possess, for successful implementation in the industry AEC. Despite the absence of common methods, we developed a practice-oriented approach for teaching students Green BIM technologies and here integration these technologies into the educational process is considered. Some projects of energy-efficient objects, created by students of University of Architecture and Art, meeting requirements of "green" standards, are presented.

The resulting curve nodes have to coincide with source broken line nodes. This problem arises in the development of control programs for CNC (computer numerical control) cutting machines, permitting circular interpolation. An original algorithm is proposed minimizing the number of nodes for resulting composite curve. The algorithm is implemented in the environment of the Russian CAD system T-Flex CAD using its API (Application Program Interface). The algorithm optimality is investigated. The result of test calculation along with its geometrical visualization is given.

This problem can be interpreted as a generalized traveling salesman problem. Earlier version of the dynamic programming method to solve this problem was developed. Unfortunately, this method allows to process an amount not exceeding thirty circuits. In this regard, the task of constructing quasi-optimal route becomes relevant. In this paper we propose options for quasi-optimal greedy algorithms. Comparison of the results of exact and approximate algorithms is given.

Research paper thumbnail of Methods of Cutting Cost Minimizing in Problem of Tool Route Optimization for CNC Laser Machines

This paper deals with the optimization problem of cutting tool routing for CNC laser machines ari... more This paper deals with the optimization problem of cutting tool routing for CNC laser machines arising during the treatment of sheet workpiece. The cutting time and cost are optimization criteria of objective function tending to a minimum. One of the most methods of cutting cost and time minimization is the application of special cutting techniques. Ones are classified into three main classes: standard cutting, multi-contour, and multi-segment cutting. The multi-contour cutting technique is of the greatest interest due to significant reducing values of the piercing numbers, air motion length and in some cases the length of cutting tool motion with reduction of cutting time and cost. But existing techniques do not always provide a reduction of optimization criteria. Consequently, the development of special cutting techniques for some geometrical types of parts is a relevant problem today. In this paper, the special technique for circle parts common in blank production of engineering i...

The cutting time Tcut is an optimization criterion applied to the optimization problem. If the objective function is adequately calculated, then, the optimal route of the cutting tool can be computed. To properly calculate the objective function, the accurate values of objective function parameters need be known. Previous research have shown that the tool cutting speed depends on configuration of parts and frame numbers of the NC programs. The first part of the paper deals with formulas for the cutting speed calculation for 1010 steel with various thicknesses applied to the CNC laser cutting machine ByStar 3015. In the second part of the paper the examples of sheet cutting are considered in order to analyze the received formulas. The tool route is calculated provided that the primary cutting speed value is constant while the secondary one depends on frame numbers of the NC programs. In the future work, the research will be conducted for other materials with various thicknesses.

We have chosen basic restrictions, for example, selection of piercing, selection of parts cutting sequence. They must be considered during development of NC programs. The paper considers optimization of tool path for CNC thermal cutting machines, namely minimization of cutting time and cost. The accuracy of objective function parameters calculation is investigated. The paper also reviews the operation speed of cutting tool for CNC laser cutting machines. It is usually a constant value, but conducted researches show that operation speed of cutting tool depends on some parameters, such as number of frames in NC programs, configurations, geometries and dimensions of parts. The correction parameters for operation speed of cutting tool for rectangle parts were obtained in previous works. The parts of various configurations, geometries and overall dimensions are also considered in this paper. Bas...

One of the aspects of the problem is the large amount of old and dilapidated housing that has accumulated over the previous years. The paper contains data on the state of the housing stock of the Irkutsk region for 2000-2016. The structure of the housing stock has been analyzed. Specialists came to the common conclusion on this issue.

This problem arises during the preparation of control programs for computerized numerical control (CNC) machines. A discrete model of the problem is analogous in setting to the generalized travelling salesman problem with limitations in the form of precursor conditions determined by the technological features of cutting. A certain variant of a genetic algorithm for solving this problem is described. The effect of the parameters of the developed algorithm on the solution result for the problem with limitations is investigated.

Such statements occur in some problems of nuclear power engineering and in developing optimizing programs for sheet cutting on programmable numerically controlled machines (in the first case, the dependence on the list of tasks can occur due to sequential dismantling of radiation sources, and in the second case it can be due to taking into account technological constraints using penalties). It is assumed that the problems under examination are large, which calls for the use of heuristic methods. The approach proposed in the paper makes it possible to design an iterative procedure based on optimizing insertions that use widely interpreted dynamic programming. The proposed algorithm is implemented on a multicore personal computer.
