for millennia. Parallel to conventional therapy, its popularity has grown tremendously in recent years.
Due to limited scientific research on biofield therapies, the authors investigated the potential impact of distant
biofield/blessing energy interventions on individuals with psychological impairments via virtual
methods.
Methods: A total of 119 participants (56 male, 63 female) with one or more psycho-mental symptoms were
enrolled in these randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind clinical trials. Two remote biofield/blessing
energy interventions, each lasting approximately 5 min, were delivered to 38 subjects in the biofield intervention
group on days 0 and 90. Subjects were assessed using standardized psychological questionnaires, which
employed a validated scoring scale, as well as safety parameters.
Results: Participants in the biofield (blessing) intervention group reported significantly lower levels of perceived
psychological symptoms (fatigue, sleep disturbances, stress, cognitive impairment, and emotional distress)
compared with both naive and sham control groups (p < 0.0001). Biofield intervention was safe and
well-tolerated in all three groups.
Conclusion: Distant biofield/blessing energy healing sessions were found to significantly improve psychological
and mental health, enhance overall well-being, and pose no safety risks. Therefore, further research is needed to
identify key variables for a larger scale intervention study on health outcomes and underlying mechanisms.

They can be conducted both in-person and remotely. However, a literature review found no evidence of distant/remote blessing therapy’s effectiveness in improving mental health symptoms in adults.

Primary Study Objective: To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of non-pharmacological distant blessing (biofield energy healing) therapy for psychological and mental health management.

Methods/Design: One hundred seventeen participants with psychological symptoms were studied. On days 0 and 90, the biofield (blessing) therapy group (n = 38) received two sessions of distant blessing energy therapy, each lasting about 5 minutes. A sham control group (n = 40) received similar treatment from a sham practitioner to nullify the baseline responses, while a control group (n = 39) received no intervention. Participants were assessed using a standard psychological questionnaire and safety parameters.

Setting: A placebo-controlled, three parallel groups, single-center, double-blinded, and randomized controlled trial.

Participants: Adult human subjects (male and female) with one or more psychological symptoms.

Intervention: Distant (remote) biofield energy healing/blessing therapy.

Primary outcome measures: Psychological questionnaires scoring.

Results: Perceived psychological symptoms/scores (fatigue/tiredness, sleep disturbances, stress, cognitive impairment, loss of memory, mental restlessness, emotional trauma, anxiety, depression, confusion, lack of relationships, and social behaviors) were significantly improved in the blessing group compared to control and sham control groups (P < .0001). Study intervention did not show any study-related adverse effects in all three groups throughout the trial.

Conclusion: The findings from this study suggest that distant (remote) blessing therapy/biofield energy healing session(s) significantly improved psychological and mental health-related symptoms without affecting safety concerns and improved overall health and quality of life. Therefore, the present study recommends a larger-scale intervention study to further investigate various health outcomes and this therapy’s underlying mechanisms of action.

Trial registration: The trial was registered in the Clinical Trials Registry – India (Reg. no. CTRI/2022/07/043736) dated 05/07/2022.

Biofield therapies can be administered in person (hands-on treatment) or remotely, and this study focuses on the latter. A literature review did not find any reports on the effectiveness of remote biofield energy /blessing therapy in enhancing cognition and motor function performance in adults.

Objective
The aim of this study was to examine the effect of distant/remote blessing (biofield energy) therapy on the cognitive and motor functions in adults with self-reported neuropsychological impairments using NIH Toolbox®.

Methods
The present study was a randomized, double-blind clinical trial involving 117 participants with self-reported neuropsychological impairments. These participants were stratified into three distinct groups: control, sham control, and blessing/biofield treatment as the intervention. At baseline (day 0), day 90, and day 180, NIH Toolbox® was employed to evaluate all participants’ cognitive and motor function scores.

Results
In the blessing treatment group, language function score (p <0.01), working memory (p <0.0001), and episodic memory (p <0.0001) scores exhibited statistically significant differences compared to both the naïve control and sham control groups. Moreover, in the blessing intervention group, a substantial improvement was observed in locomotion (p <0.0001), standing balance (p <0.01), dexterity (p <0.01), grip strength (p <0.05), and muscle endurance (p <0.05) compared to the naïve control and sham control groups. Importantly, no adverse effects were reported during the study period.

Conclusion
The study outcomes revealed that distant/remote blessing/biofield energy therapy is safe, non-invasive, and less expensive. It enhances cognitive-motor functions in adults with perceived neuropsychological impairments.

"""Background Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid derived from Cannabis sativa L.... more """Background
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid derived from Cannabis sativa L. with very low toxicity for human and a wide variety of therapeutic uses as medicine. The study objective is to evaluate the impact of CBD on vitamin D3 receptor (VDR) protein expressions, tissue elasticity, anti-inflammatory, and anti-senescence activity in human and rodent cell lines.

Methods
Cell viability was estimated by MTT assay. Relative quantification (RQ) of VDR protein expression was measured by RT-PCR. Tissue elasticity was measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM). Cellular senescence and ATP were performed using trypan blue exclusion test and colorimetric assay, respectively.

Results
Cell viability assay data showed CBD was safe and nontoxic upto 7.5 µM. The VDR protein expression was significantly increased by 109.71% (p = 0.013), 236.96% (p ≤ 0.001), 170% (p ≤ 0.001), 100% (p = 0.019), 80% (p = 0.021), 427.27% (p ≤ 0.001), 366.67% (p ≤ 0.001), 56.31% (p = 0.016), and 63.84% (p ≤ 0.001) in MG-63, MDA-MB-231, SH-SY5Y, HEK-293, HT-29, EaHy-926, HepG2, A-549, and C2C12 cells, respectively compared to the normal control group. CBD treatment significantly reduced the levels of TNF-α (46.58%; p ≤ 0.049) and IL-6 (43.61%; p ≤ 0.001) at CBD-5 µM compared to the vehicle control group. Tissue elasticity was significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 37.09% and 49.49% in CBD-2.5 and CBD-5 µM, respectively, compared to the vehicle control group. Significantly (p ≤ 0.001) reduced senescence cells by 39.22% in CBD-5 µM than the vehicle control group. The level of ATP was significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 90.55, 117.06, and 153.54% in CBD-1, CBD-2.5, and CBD-5 µM, respectively, compared to the vehicle control group.

Conclusion
Overall, data suggest that CBD considerably improved VDR protein expression, inflammation, cell growth, tissue elasticity, and enhanced mitochondrial bioenergetics in multiple cell lines. In this study, for the first time, we showed the evidence suggesting that the VDR plays a critical and multifaceted role in various types of human cells."""

It is sufficiently available in the citrus fruits, tomatoes, potatoes, red peppers, milk, oysters, animal liver, etc. In this study, the LC-MS and GC-MS were used to characterize the structural properties and isotopic abundance ratio to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on L-ascorbic acid compared to the control sample. The test sample was divided into two parts, one part of ascorbic acid was considered as a control sample, while the second part only received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a Biofield Energy Treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the control and Treated samples at retention time (Rt) 1.8minutes exhibited the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 175 [M-H]- (calculated for C6H7O6-, 175.02). The peak area of the treated sample (3607446.27) was significantly decreased by 65.05% compared to the control sample (10320794.8). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O) in the treated ascorbic acid was significantly increased by 119.71% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, and 17O contributions from (C6H7O6)- to m/z 176 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The gas chromatographic peak area of the treated sample (12.74) was significantly decreased by 31.1% compared to the control sample (18.49). Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM in the treated ascorbic acid was significantly increased by 28.74% compared with the control sample. So, 18O contributions from (C6H8O6)+ to m/z 177 in the Biofield Energy Treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (18O/16O) in the treated ascorbic acid was significantly increased compared to the control sample. The increased isotopic composition of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated ascorbic acid might have altered the neutron to proton ratio in the nucleus. The changes in isotopic abundance could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The increased isotopic abundance ratio and peak area of the treated ascorbic acid may increase the intra-atomic bond strength, increase its stability. This new form of ascorbic acid would be very useful to design the better pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response against scurvy, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.

Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM in the treated 6-mercaptopurine was significantly increased by 25.78% compared with the control sample. Thus,13C, 2H, 15N, 33S, and 18O contributions from (C5H5N4S)+ to m/z 154 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (34S/32S) in the treated 6-mercaptopurine was significantly improved compared to the control sample. The significant increase in the peak area, isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly happened due to the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated sample would improve the strength of the chemical bond, increase the physical and chemical stability of 6-mercaptopurine in the body. The nove l6-mercaptopurine would be better designing more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better more bioavailability and therapeutic response against acute lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis, etc.

This current study was designed to investigate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment (Blessing) on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of L-tryptophan using LC-MS analytical technique. L-tryptophan sample was divided into two parts, one part of L-tryptophan was considered as the control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was treated with the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as the treated sample. The mass spectra of both the control and treated samples with respect to the chromatographic peak at retention time (Rt) 2.1 minutes exhibited the mass of the molecular ion peak adduct with hydrogen ion at m/z 205.08 (calcd for C11H13N2O2+, 205.1), along with low molecular fragmented mass peaks at m/z 188, 159, and 102 for C11H12N2O2+, C10H11N2+, and C8H6+, respectively were also observed. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14Nor17O/16O) in the treated L-tryptophan was significantly increased by 35.93% compared with the control sample. Hence, the 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from C11H13N2O2+ to m/z 206.08 in the treated L-tryptophan was significantly increased compared to the control sample. It could be hypothesized that the changes in the isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities due to the modification in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles using the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed L-tryptophan with increased stable isotopic abundance ratio might have changed the physicochemical properties with higher force constant in the molecule. The new form of treated L-tryptophan would be a better and more stable in the supplements, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical formulations, which would be advantageous for the prevention and treatment of pellagra, depression, kynurenine. It could also maintain the normal label of tryptophan and avoid increase of its metabolite, lower the neurotoxin and a metabotoxin behavior, glutaric aciduria type I (glutaric acidemia type I) disorder, eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome (EMS), incurable and sometimes fatal flu-like neurological condition, etc. As tryptophan is the precursor for the plant hormones like indole alkaloids and auxins, hence, this treated L-tryptophan would be advantageous for the improvement of yield, productivity, and quality of crops and other plants.

The peak area% of the treated vitamin B6 was increased by 1.32% compared to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated vitamin B6 was significantly decreased by 36.94% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C8H12NO3)+ to m/z 171 in the treated sample were significantly decreased compared with the control sample. Similarly, in the GC-MS chromatograms, the peak area of the treated sample was increased by 4.54% compared to the control sample. Similarly, the mass peak intensity of the treated vitamin B6 at m/z 153 was significantly increased by 66.69% compared to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) and peak area in the treated vitamin B6 was significantly decreased compared to the control sample. The decreased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated vitamin B6 may decrease the intra-atomic bond strength, decrease its physical stability. The increased peak area of the treated vitamin B6 might be responsible for the increase in solubility and bioavailability compared to the control sample. The new form of vitamin B6 would be better for designing more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B6 deficiency, anaemia, seizures, cardiovascular disease, tuberculosis, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, anxiety, hypertension, asthma, depression, dysmenorrhea, breast pain, etc.

for millennia.

Background: Biofield therapies like Reiki, blessing, and healing touch are non-invasive technique... more Background: Biofield therapies like Reiki, blessing, and healing touch are non-invasive techniques that aim to enhance well-being—mental, emotional, and physical.

In this study, the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of sulfamethoxazole was studied using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. Sulfamethoxazole sample was divided into two parts, one part of sulfamethoxazole was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) 2.5 minutes exhibited the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 252 [M-H]-. The peak area of the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly increased by 42.96% compared to the control sample. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly decreased by 49.56% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, and 33S contributions from (C10H10N3O3S)- to m/z 253 in the treated sample were significantly decreased compared with the control sample. The GC-MS peak area% of the treated sample was significantly increased by 80.3% compared to the control sample. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly altered by 119.53% and -25.48%, respectively compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, 18O, 33S, and 34S contributions from (C10H11N3O3S)+ to m/z 254 and 255 in the treated sample were significantly altered compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O or 34S/32S) in the treated sulfamethoxazole were significantly altered compared to the control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in peak area%, isotopic abundance, and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®. The new form of sulfamethoxazole would be more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, bioavailability and therapeutic response against urinary tract infections, tuberculosis, traveler’s diarrhoea, ear infections, shigellosis, bronchitis, and pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, etc.

This research was performed to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of silver sulfadiazine using spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques. The test sample silver sulfadiazine sample was divided into control and treated parts. Only the treated part of silver sulfadiazine was received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) 4.1 minutes exhibited the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak at m/z 251.08 (calculated for C10H11N4O2S+, 251.06) was found to be sulfadiazine. The chromatographic peak area of the treated silver sulfadiazine was significantly increased by 20.35% compared to the control sample. The result indicated that the solubility profile of the treated silver sulfadiazine must have increased significantly after the Biofield Energy Treatment compared with the control sample. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated sulfadiazine was significantly increased by 31.88% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated sulfadiazine was significantly increased by 9.74% and 15.13%, respectively compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, 33S, and 34S contributions from (C7H9N2O2S)+ to m/z 186 and 187 in the treated sulfadiazine were significantly increased compared to the control sample. Thus, the isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (34S/32S) in the treated sulfadiazine were significantly increased compared to the control sample. The changes in isotopic abundance and peak area might be due to changes in nuclei possibly via the interference of neutrino particles controlled by the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated silver sulfadiazine might improve the chemical bond strength, led to increase the stability in the body. This novel silver sulfadiazine would be more efficacious in pharmaceutical formulations which might offer better solubility, bioavailability, and therapeutic response against bacterial infections, superficial and partial thickness burn injuries, etc.

This study was designed and performed to investigate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of flutamide using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. Flutamide sample was divided into control and treated parts. Only the treated flutamide received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) 3.4 minutes exhibited the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 275.08 [M-H]-. The peak area of the treated sample was significantly increased by 92.42% compared to the control sample, which indicated that the solubility profile of the treated sample was significantly increased compared to the control sample. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the treated flutamide was significantly increased by 59.48% compared with the control sample. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated flutamide sample was increased by 10.39% compared with the control sample. The results indicated that the 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C11H11F3N2O3)+ to m/z 277 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the treated flutamide was significantly increased compared to the control sample. The changes in the peak area and isotopic abundance could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino via the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The new form of treated flutamide was formed that might have increase the chemical bond strength, stability, solubility, bioavailability, and efficacy, which could be very much useful to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations against prostate cancer, androgen-dependent skin and hair conditions including acne, seborrhea, hirsutism, and scalp hair loss, hyperandrogenism, as well useful for feminizing hormone therapy aimed at transgender women.
