The analysis reveals both, elements with good evolution, and vulnerabilities of the system, caused by poor macro-prudential orientation of policies on financial stability, the interdependencies and risk spreading techniques, characteristics to globalization. In addition, we have given the importance of both defining the concept of financial stability and ways to measure and characterize the financial system

We detail the ranking status for Romania on different levels of aggregation. We also emphasize the new features and methodology chances available for the 2012 ranking. The paper also presents some cases of asymmetries between EPI 2012 and other development measurements, presenting some cases of countries scoring different across those rankings.

The piezoelectric equations are coupled to the Maxwell’s equations through a Lorentz dispersive model. First, FEM (Finite Element Method) simulations are performed for an FBAR resonator in order to observe the resonant behaviour of the device. Then, the Lorentz model is extracted from the FEM results and is introduced in the electromagnetic (EM) design of the FBAR filter.

Our aim is to provide some possible measures, lessons, recommendations and best practices that can be used in the future concrete situations. In addition, in this paper we analyze the use of fiscal tools from different doctrinal perspectives.

Thus, we analyzed the defining elements captured by J.M. Keynes in his main work, that discuss about the financial government instruments involving in the economy, showing their true qualities. This analysis captures including the future developments of the Keynesian theory.

This reference book is a collection of 30 Chapters characterized in 3 parts: Advanced Microwave and MM-wave devices, integrated microwave and MM-wave circuits and Antennas and advanced microwave computer techniques, focusing on simulation, theories and applications. This book provides a comprehensive overview of the components and devices used in microwave and MM-Wave circuits, including microwave transmission lines, resonators, filters, ferrite devices, solid state devices, transistor oscillators and amplifiers, directional couplers, microstripeline components, microwave detectors, mixers, converters and harmonic generators, and microwave solid-state switches, phase shifters and attenuators. Several applications area also discusses here, like consumer, industrial, biomedical, and chemical applications of microwave technology. It also covers microwave instrumentation and measurement, thermodynamics, and applications in navigation and radio communication.
