Most of the industries struggle to steady their business as much as automatic at the level of functioning environment. The ERP is the one of the automatic solution, who provides lend a hand to the organization to accomplish this need. Although the ERP implementation is the enormous, expensive and time consuming process, the organizations still wish for put the ERP into practice for their betterment. The triumph for the ERP implementation is constantly depends upon the Planning. Most of the ERP Implementations are unsuccessful only for the reason that poor planning. The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is the early-bird stage procedure for indentifying and investigates the organizational demand for the ERP implementation. This paper will emphasize the BPR process and it implementation. The research also explains the reliance of ERP implementation on the victorious BPR in the organization. Here, the research try to validate the significance of successful BPR process can also construct the successful ERP Implementation in the organization. In the very last part of the paper, list out the key issues which are affecting on the BPR process during its implementation. All the key issues or factors are gets classify in four different characteristics of the organization like Managerial, Operational, Financial and Technical.

Risk management is very crucial and vital task in the current era of competitive business for any organization, who takes the various kind of risk in their respective business process and functions. As the organization ready to sustain in the fast processing world of business, many organization adopted technology-based or high-tech business processing. To obtain the all kind of advantages, most of the organization migrate their business process into ERP environment. But, big advantage can also comes with big risk and when there is risk, organization keep their eyes and ears open to indentify, analyze and overcome on the risks. The theme of the paper is to highlighting the importance of risk by organizational view. The research gives the risk management process and listed a variety of risks with their functional types like managerial, Operational, Technical, Financial etc. At the end of this paper, the authors tries to explore various countermeasures to over comes the risk and enlighten the Risk Management in ERP Implementation.

Today's era of technology, the security plays an vital role in the real world and if there is security need to be for a data of the organization then it become more essential. Some time data preventing becomes more critical than the organizational prestige. Many organization who wants to make their business technically update, they all migrate their business from manual form to automated form. ERP is the solution for their problem, which is integrated automated application which help the organization to maintain all the micro, tough, difficult business transaction at one & common location. As the ERP comes with lots of benefits, the tool also comes with many issues like money, time, man power etc. As the ERP having most advance business tool, the security of the data which flows in the application also makes a vital importance in the organization. This paper highlighting the importance of ERP systems security and various security issues tackle by the organization. We start our journey from understanding the ERP system and then moves towards the security issues in the ERP system and how the people plays their role in ERP system. The next part of journey, we suggest some countermeasure about the security issues in ERP system. With the final word in the abstract, this research paper is all about the security of ERP systems.

As table 1.1 shows the ERP implementation process having three phase during its implementation Pre-Implementation, In-Implementation and Post-Implementation and BPR is the process comes in picture during the very first phase of ERP implantation. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an organizational method demanding radical redesign of business processes in order to achieve efficiency, better quality and more competitive production (Hammer and Champy, 1993). This paper highlighting the BPR process and its importance in the ERP implementation in the organization. This paper also enlightens the different phase of the BPR process to describe the micro level view to the BPR process. With the same research paper, I would like to list out factors which are affecting on the BPR process and all the listed factor are get divided into different aspects of the organization like Managerial , Operational, Technical and Financial aspects.

ERP supports in different levels of management and different modules are implementing. This research paper is highlighting the important features of ERP in the perspective of effective resource utilization tool for organization. Here, I have identified pre and post implementation details in the layout sub-components of ERP.
