Entrepreneurship education deals with developing entrepreneurial skills in students. In this context, the current paper is based on the literature review of research papers spanning across countries in the last decade. The literature is coded according to the research settings and findings segregated under categories of goals and learning outcomes, curriculum design, pedagogical tools, and effectiveness of teaching entrepreneurship. After a detailed review of about 54 papers, it was be inferred that the goals of entrepreneurship education range from imparting basic domain knowledge to transforming this knowledge into practical skills. The curriculum design of entrepreneurship course needs to be innovative in the sense that it should include industrial visits, management games and active involvement of other stakeholders. Also, there is a dearth of studies trying to find out the factors influencing ethical perceptions in management students, especially in the state of Gujarat, India. Thus, the study is an effort to diagnose the significant factors influencing ethical practices of students, aspiring to become managers.The study indicates the factors which influence the ethical perception of management students. The study also examines whether these factors have any relation with the CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of the students, parents’ monthly income and specialization selected by the students.

The current research attempts to identify the key factors which enable students’ readiness for online learning (SROL). The Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) approach is used to draw contextual relationships among the enablers of SROL and these are further clustered using Matrix of Cross-impact Multiplications (MICMAC) analysis. With this mission of restoring human dignity of the poor and marginalized through a process of empowerment, the Kaira Social Service Society (KSSS) was founded. The case indicates some initiatives taken by KSSS in the state of Gujarat (India) and focuses on its campaign of empowering women. However, numbers suggest that the rate of acceptance of technology is quite low. In India, as quoted by an RBI report (Report of the Technical Committee on Mobile Banking, 2014), 64 banks have commenced mobile banking operations and there are 22 million active mobile banking users, which is roughly 5% of the total bank accounts. Lack of awareness, security concerns and technical issues are considered as the major reasons behind customer resistance to mobile banking services. However, as the online market becomes crowded with players, businesses need to have an edge in terms of customer satisfaction to gain a larger market share. With the above-mentioned objective in mind, a primary survey of online shoppers was conducted in Ahmedabad and consumer perceptions were analyzed using factor analysis and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test. The case presents an opportunity to discuss the issues commonly faced in a family business setting such as lack of funds for discretionary use, tight control by family members and traditional practices. The case also looks at how growing businesses need to expand their portfolio by adding related products and services. The dilemma is whether a twenty year old home-grown brand should be diluted in light of a franchisee offer received from a bigger and better established market player.

The main protagonist, Parthiv is the second generation entrepreneur and he has taken up the task of sustaining and growing his family business in the wake of cut-throat competition. The case presents an opportunity to discuss the issues commonly faced in a family business setting such as lack of funds for discretionary use, tight control by family members and traditional practices. The case also looks at how growing businesses need to expand their portfolio by adding related products and services. The dilemma is whether a twenty year old home-grown brand should be diluted in light of a franchisee offer received from a bigger and better established market player.

As television advertisements increasingly compete for audience attention, it is imperative for the advertisement agencies to learn about the attributes which influence the audiences' attitudes towards such television advertisements. This would aid them in designing effective ads and thereby resulting in higher revenues for the concerned companies. Purpose: The study indicates the factors which form the attitude of the audience towards television advertisements. Additionally the study also explores the attributes that makes audience avoid television advertisements. Design/Methodology/Approach: Data are collected using a self-administered questionnaire.

Also, there is a dearth of studies trying to find out the factors influencing ethical perceptions in management students, especially in the state of Gujarat, India. Thus, the study is an effort to diagnose the significant factors influencing ethical practices of students, aspiring to become managers.The study indicates the factors which influence the ethical perception of management students. The study also examines whether these factors have any relation with the CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of the students, parents’ monthly income and specialization selected by the students.
