The development of supply-chain distribution networks is therefore an extremely complex task, due to the large physical production and distribution network flows, the uncertainties associated with external interface customers and suppliers as well as the non-linear dynamics linked to internal information flows. This study aims to address a problem in domestic distribution in a supply chain system that includes manufacturers, distribution centers and consumer zones to determine the optimum configuration of the network. We propose a mixed integer linear programming model to solve the problem.

The concept of loyalty in this study was treated as multi-dimensional concept, and so the researcher’s tried to determine the effect of these factors on each dimension of loyalty (attitudinal and behavioral), The population of the study consisted of all the customers of banks operating in Jordan, and the sample consisted of the customer’s of 25 foreign and domestic banks operating in the capital city of Amman. A questionnaire was specially designed for this study, and distributed to a sample of 500 respondents, and 462 were retrieved and valid for the purposes of statistical analysis. Multiple regression analysis was employed to test the research model and hypotheses. The research findings indicated that there is a significant effect for each customer trust of bank, and customer perceived value on customer attitudinal loyalty, as well as, there is a significant effect for customer trust of bank, on customer behavioral loyalty.

The study was carried out on a sample of tourists totaling (446) who visitied for their several touristic sites in the northern, middle and southern parts of Jordan. The study adopted seven dimensions for the E-marketing mix namely; Eservice, price, promotion, E-site, information accuracy, payment and personalization. Three dimensions were used for the tourists attitude toward the E-marketing practices namely; knowledge, behavior and feeling. Different statistical techniques were used (e.g. average calculations and standard deviations, regression testing (t) and analysis of variance) to respond to the questions of the study and also for hypotheses testing. The study concluded that there was variation in the impacts of the E-marketing dimensions on the tourists' attitudes with the information accuracy...

Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been used and discussed extensively in research that looks at the acceptance of new technology. This study has focused on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and seeks to understand the relationship between perception such as perceived usefulness (PU); perceived ease of use (PEOU); security and privacy; convenience and students' usage. It also has focused on the factors influencing technology acceptance and what is the effect of employing IT by banks on students satisfaction at Taif University. In order to achieve the study objectives a questionnaire survey was developed and conducted. The empirical work involved the development of questionnaire which were used for data collection. A sample of 145 univesristy studnets took part in the reserch. The research hypotheses were tested using multiple regression and simple regressio...
