Their modeling depends on existing frameworks for education determining educational forms that have to be computerized. The available computer technologies influnce computer-based realization of the represented educational forms. The used frameworks for education supporting e-learning design are not comprehensive, since they do not ensure consideration of all educational forms. The paper presents a comprenesive framework for e-learning design that consists of four interacting elements: learner(s), teacher(s), educational resources and computer technologies. They are factors for e-learning engineering that form an integrated system for e-learning analysis. This systematic view on e-learning design ensures the development of a framework for design evaluation.
