CMOS implementation of a novel amplifier design technique based on the negative impedance compens... more CMOS implementation of a novel amplifier design technique based on the negative impedance compensation is presented. The simulation results have shown that this technique is suitable for linearising amplifiers with low open-loop gain, which is likely to be the case in very high frequency amplifier design and therefore appropriate for RF applications. It has also shown that the circuit configuration using the novel technique is relatively simple and high linearity and high gain accuracy is achievable.
