Abstract: With the emergence of new technologies and innovations the World is also facing alarmin... more Abstract: With the emergence of new technologies and innovations the World is also facing alarming increase in the crimes and a cyber crime is one of the most vulnerable crimes emerging now a day. India too is no exception in the paradigm of cyber crime. Cyber crimes in India are gaining momentum from simple e-mail type of crime to serious crime like hacking, source code theft etc. Cyberstalking is on the rise and women, senior citizens and children are the most likely targets. This paper examines cyber stalking as an example of a crime that is simultaneously both amenable to, and resistant of, traditional forms of legislation, depending upon the way in which the possibilities of the Internet are exploited. The paper attempts to discuss the modes of cyber crimes, categories of cyber stalkers, psychology of cyber stalkers, motives of cyber stalkers and the nature victims. The paper also attempts to suggest measures to prevent the crime and deal cyber stalkers.

Real-world case studies and empirical data are employed to provide a nuanced understanding of how mobile phone adoption improves efficiency, decision-making and coordination throughout agricultural supply chains. The findings contribute valuable insights for policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders seeking to harness the full potential of mobile phones to drive sustainable development and inclusive growth within agricultural supply chains.

With the advent of new technologies and innovations, the entire work system in corporate as well as government has become more oriented towards efficiency, cost-effectiveness and transparency. The present paper is an attempt to study the level of Information Orientation (Information technology practices, Information management practices and Information behavior and values) among the employees in the health and medical sector organizations. The study also investigates the impact of Information Orientation on ethical practices in both the select public as well as private sector health organizations. The results revealed that Information orientation does have a positive impact on enhancing ethical practices in an organization. Also it has been found out that the Information orientation in public organisation is significantly different than in the private sector organization.

Customer switching is opposite to the customer loyalty, and being loyal means satisfaction for a particular product or services. The consumers may switch to other brands if they are not satisfied with the present one. Thus, for the long term sustainability of the organisations, consumer retention has become challenge for them and hence, satisfaction plays an important role. The satisfied consumers have less probability to switch to other brands. For satisfying the consumers, one has to know about what consumer buy, why they buy it, when they buy it, how and how often they buy it and what made them to switch to other brands. The present paper is an attempt to study the toothpaste buying patterns among the individuals. The study also examines the various factors which influence the consumers to buy toothpaste of particular brand and reasons for their switching to other brands.

Today the availability of e-resources and their use in libraries are very common. E-learning is a form of learning in which the educational process is supported by information and communication technology (ICT). Thus, e-learning has become a dominant delivery method at workplace learning setting across organizations of various sectors and of varying areas. Although many organizations are recognizing the potential of e-leaning to bring closer the employees, there appears to be some issues to be addressed in delivering e-learning. The present paper is an attempt to examine the attitude of university students towards e-learning and its role in imparting education to them. The paper also highlights the difference in the attitude of perception towards e-learning based upon gender.
