A sample size of 150 farmers has been selected by using random sampling method from four villages of the sample district. In Khammam district at present two sugar factories are in working conditions and each factory contain 75 sugar cane growers from the two villages. The sample respondents were classified into four categories on the base of their farm size of the sugarcane fresh plantation crop only, i.e. who are cultivating sugarcane 0 – 2.5 acres are Marginal Farmers (MF), in between 2.6 – 5 acres are Small Farmers (SF), the Medium Farmers (Med F) are between 5.1 acres to 10 acres and the Large Farmers (LF) are having above 10 acres. In the area of study yield per unit of cultivated area, cost and price per unit of output, cost of cultivation, composition of input levels and finally the management systems of the sugar factories are differ from category to category. Why these are differing? Due to the main reasons are the cost of cultivation and composition level of inputs are influenced the yield per acre and the cultivation practices are also determined the productivity. The cost of cultivation is influenced by the different operation of the sugarcane cultivation and the finally the distance from field to sugar factory these are all may be differ. The present critical analysis is based on the primary data and the observations are from field investigations in the study area. This paper review in the path of the following parameters i.e. the average yield levels, cost of cultivation, cost and price per unit of output, the average gross income and net income per acre and finally cost benefit ratios are the main measures to estimate the economic evaluation in the cultivation of sugarcane crop in study area.

Which means the ‘economic progress’ of the economy influenced the human resources and the human capital depends on the nutritional food and the health facilities. It also makes an important contribution to economic development, as healthy population live longer, are more productive, and save more. Many factors influence health status and a country's ability to provide quality health services for its people. Ministries of health are important actors, but so are other government departments, donor organizations, civil society groups and communities themselves. WHO's work on 'Health and Development' tries to make sense of these complex links. It is concerned with the impact of better health on development and poverty reduction, and conversely, with the impact of development policies on the achievement of health goals. In particular, it aims to build support across government for higher levels of investment in health, and to ensure that health is prioritized within overall economic and development plans. In this context, 'health and development' work supports health policies that respond to the needs of the poorest groups. WHO also works with donors to ensure that aid for health is adequate, effective and targeted at priority health problems. An attempt has been to assess the Health Development in Telangana districts for the census years of 2001 and 2011 at the district level. Government Medical Facilities, Infant Mortality Rate, Birth Rate and Death Rate, consider as the Health Development indicators. In the earlier studies at district level economists like Biswajith Guha and other have used relevant indicators. Availability of data for two point of times for the Health Development Index computation also is similar for 2001 and 2011 census years. This study shall discuss the Government Medical Facilities (GMF) available in a district in the form of hospitals to analyse health dimension: medical facilities like PHC, CHC village level heath facilities and hospital beds ratio at district level by themselves cannot stand for the health of the people. Having no data on the span of life at the district level and on Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) for 2001 and 2011 the researcher finds no other suitable alternative.
All the indicators are first converted into indices and analyzed. Then they are clubbed as explained to examine the dimensions of Human Development. UNDP formula is applied for the computation of indices. Application of the formula needs the assignment of maximum and minimum value to an indicator which can be arbitrary. All the districts are treated uniformly and as such comparisons hold good and valid. The basic objective of the indices of the indicators is to compare the levels of development in Human welfare. Minimum and Maximum values are assigned.
