raining and Living in Complexity and Transactional Anal- ysis: Contracts Applied to the Education... more raining and Living in Complexity and Transactional Anal- ysis: Contracts Applied to the Educational Field Amidst Complexity, Awareness, Knowledge and Understanding The contract, with its original framework and procedural aspects that characterise it, crosses the four TA fields as an invariant of the transactional analytic approach and methodology, finding, application in psychotherapy, helping relationships, educational and learning processes, and within organisations.
The author focuses on the use of contracts in the educational field and on their possible implications on learning relationships in the current complexity of our world.
The author refers to a research he did, aimed to experiment and to study TA theory and methods in the educational field, applied to the basic training in this field and to the training of future teach- ers at school, that concerns the influences in the system of com- petences, of social, economic cultural and technological changes in which we find ourselves immersed. He briefly introduces the OECD’s 21st Century Skills which offer numerous opportunities for those involved in training, education, and teaching-learning processes. The author also offers a multi-party contract model that is re-interpreted in the current complexity of our world and that allows us to identify evolutionary spaces in which the attention to boundaries and ethics can fosternew synergies between various fields.
