A phenomenon that has recently become more and more common is shopping for baby gear product, whi... more A phenomenon that has recently become more and more common is shopping for baby gear product, which is considered by millennial moms as a crucial and primary need within this age group. A purchase decision is a response to purchase decision by considering the product selection, brand selection, channel selection, timing of the purchase selection, and the amount of the money to decide on a purchasing. This study aimed to analyze the impact of price, brand image, product quality and lifestyle on baby gear purchasing decisions for millenial moms. This study used voluntary sampling technique with primary data taken from 125 respondents. The analytical method was conducted using SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study based on the distribution of respondents' answers showed that the respondents' answers were dominated by agreeable answers to the indicators of each research variable. The hypothesis testing showed that product quality and lifestyle has an impact to the decision to purchase baby equipment for millennial moms. Meanwhile, price and brand image has no impact to the decision to purchase baby equipment products for millennial moms. The strategy that can be suggested for the company is to maintain the quality of the products sold, conduct surveys regarding customer satisfaction regularly, develop products that adapt to current trends, convey detailed information about the products offered, and take advantage of activities such as exhibitions as promotional media.

In the era of Information and Communication Technology, the competency of Aglaonema farmers needs... more In the era of Information and Communication Technology, the competency of Aglaonema farmers needs to have learning independence in line with the demands of the times. The purpose of this study is to find out the constraints of aglaonema farmers in increasing competence in aspects of production and marketing quality, and to examine the solution through the implementation of a Knowledge Management System. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The technique of collecting data through in-depth interviews and literature review. The results of the data analysis show that the constraints of Aglaonema farmers are that there is very little communication and cooperation, lack of innovation, conventional marketing, very little use of ICT, lack of support from research and development institutions from the government/relevant agencies, and less effective farmer groups. Efforts to increase farmer competence can implement a Knowledge Management System, so that farmers can learn from various sources, share experiences and communicate with stakeholders from upstream to downstream.

However, the investigation on the adoption of mobile internet and the exploration of the internet adoption on palm oil productivity is relatively rare. This study aims to determine the factors influencing mobile internet adoption and its implication on the productivity of palm oil farmers. There are two techniques used to achieve the aim of this study, namely logistic regression and linear multiple regression. This research involved 119 palm oil farmers in Siak Regency. The result is that palm oil farmers' adoption of mobile internet is determined by education, training size, ease of use, and productivity. The mobile internet adoption has not significantly affected the productivity of palm oil farmers. This research only limited in mobile internet usage due to the higher of trend in this technology. Therefore, the further research could be applied by using another technology related on internet access.

Its contribution towards the Indonesian GDP has risen significantly as well. A small part of that creative sector is the video game industry and market. The video game global market will be worth USD 200 Billion in 2023. Indonesia currently is ranked 16th in terms of market size. Although having an enormous market opportunity, local video game producers only contribute 1%. Growth opportunities exist, however local game studios are facing the difficulty of recruiting quality game developers. Higher education institutions need to produce graduates having the knowledge, competences, and skills relevant for their work. This study is done to identify and prioritize attributes for the design of a university level program in game development that ensures employability in the sector. A qualitative thematic analysis is done in identifying the important factors for an academic program, followed by an analytical hierarchical process in determining the factors. Result of the study shows that a curriculum with internships in game studios, ensuring students are knowledgeable on the business models & video game market, having practitioners teach in the program, and creating a community of practice in the university is essential in producing quality graduates.. rs; licensee Growing Science, Canada by the autho 3 2 20 ©

This study investigated the impact of internet development, including internet usage, fixed broad... more This study investigated the impact of internet development, including internet usage, fixed broadband subscriptions, and secure internet servers, on entrepreneurial activity, proxied by Global Entrepreneurship Index (GEI). This study, which covered 109 countries from 2015 to 2019, used the fixed panel regression method. The result showed that internet usage and secure internet servers have significant negative effects on the GEI. In the case of the economic classifications, the internet variables have a significant negative effect on the global entrepreneurship index in emerging and developing economies. However, in the case of advanced economies, internet variables have no significant effect on GEI. The effect of digitalization through internet technology must be considered for policymakers to manage the entrepreneurial ecosystems. The integration between entrepreneurship and internet could maintain the higher technological development to increase the higher output.

This study proposes a push–pull–mooring framework to describe the influence of dissatisfaction on the physical market, the attractiveness of e-grocery, and switching costs as factors that drive switching intentions. This study surveyed 252 Indonesians aware of the existence of an e-grocery mobile application, and applied structural equation modeling as an analytical method to explain causal relationships between variables thought to influence switching intentions to e-grocery shopping. Static panel regression was used in this study by involving 126 countries using data from World Bank Open Data (2012–2019). One pretension is that the company simultaneously keeps business growth, social impacts, and environmental friendliness. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the sustainability maturity of the Indonesian Banknotes Printing General Company (Perum Peruri) amid changes in the business environment. The sustainability level was measured with the beginning, elementary, satisfying, and sophisticated maturity models. Data were obtained through questionnaires from 44 respondents comprising the company’s internal staff. Moreover, 18 criteria were determined based on literature and discussions with experts. The sustainability maturity level shows the company's readiness to face business environment changes. The method used in this study is Soft System Methodology (SSM), including interviews with several coffee cultivation respondents, with case studies in the Lampung region. The initial study indicates that the replanting program must integrate coffee farmers with banks or investors and coffee processing companies. The objective of this research is to examine the relationship between carbon management strategie... more The objective of this research is to examine the relationship between carbon management strategies in corporations and their impact on financial performance. We employ a systematic literature review to analyze 223 articles retrieved from reputable journals indexed in Scopus. A total of 22 empirical studies covering various industry sectors and countries were selected and included in our analysis. The result indicates that 59% of the articles demonstrate positive findings. Among these, 50% show a significant positive impact, while 9% exhibit mixed results with both positive and negative outcomes in the short and long-term perspectives. These findings suggest that adopting carbon management strategies predominantly has a positive influence on corporate financial performance.
