THE DESIGN OF DRUGS REHABILITATION IN BATU REGENCY BY HEALING ENVIRONMENT Badan Narkotika Nasiona... more THE DESIGN OF DRUGS REHABILITATION IN BATU REGENCY BY HEALING ENVIRONMENT Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) was expanded the expansion of rehabiltation clinic to the Regional House Representatives of Batu Regency. This is one of the evidence that drug control has not been resolved in the terms of rehabilitation. For the explanation, it is necessary to design drug rehabilitation scale regency under the auspices of BNN Batu. The patients of drug felt stress which affects their psychology. The design of drug rehabilitation used healing environment approach because there was the correlation that can affect to the rapidity of the recovery. The healing environment approach was a therapeutics environment design that combines with natural, psychological and sensory elements by the design that dominates with natural elements the environmental design was arrested by the five senses and gave a positive effects to the psychological so it can affect a person's inner self. The principles of healing environment ware daylight and health, colour, view, life-energizing surrounding, sound, scent, balance, serenity and spirit nourishment. From the nine of healing environment principles, there ware six principles that will be applied to the site designs, buildings and rooms. In addition of these principles, the concept of the drug rehabilitation design is "health inside, nature outside" which means the design interior can nourish and relax the residents and the design of outdoor was like nature, both of outdoor and indoor perspectives gave the function as the area that accommodates for the patients activities, in terms of design can provide a psychological stimulus in healing. The design results applied the principles and the concept of which both correlate in supporting rehabilitation process.
