Long-term ECG (electrocardiogram) measurement in patients with burns is a complicated problem sin... more Long-term ECG (electrocardiogram) measurement in patients with burns is a complicated problem since the overlapping of surface contact electrodes can lead to additional injuries. The possibility of ECG recording in patients with burns using capacitive electrodes was not proved, and there are no models of the electrode contact with a patient’s body while rehabilitation means are used. In this paper, the model of the contact between capacitive electrodes and the skin was modified and the circuit model of the contact: skin – bandages (saline solution) – film – active capacitive electrode, was described. The influence of the parameters of a capacitive electrode on the amplitude-frequency characteristics (AFC) of the contact of an electrode with skin was assessed. It was found that contact capacitance is crucial to obtain a high-quality ECG signal. The system consists of the instrumental amplifier, analog filters, recording system based on the micro-controller, Bluetooth radio module and specialized software for microcontroller. Multichannel wireless elec-tronic system for recording the signal of the surface electromyogram. The article includes the basics knowledge of neurophysiology, main principals of registration the signal of surface electromyogram, elec-trodes types and progress trends of developing the active electrodes.In the article the process of developing, production multichannel electronic system and developing special software for filtering recorded signal is described. Approbation of the wireless recording system was held. Results includes recorded signals of surface electromiogram and amplitude-frequency charac-teristic of the measuremented signal.Results could be used for medical diagnosis, sport research,...

В статті оглянуто засоби та методи реєстрації для аналізу сигналів управління протезами верхніх к... more В статті оглянуто засоби та методи реєстрації для аналізу сигналів управління протезами верхніх кінцівок і проаналізовано сучасний стан протезування в даному напрямку. Описано новий напрям розвитку неінвазивних систем реєстрації-застосування електроміографії високого розрізнення (ЕМГ ВР). До проблем неінвазивних систем реєстрації поверхневої ЕМГ ВР віднесено складність отримання якісного сигналу без рухових артефактів. Запропоновано можливі напрями використання систем ЕМГ ВР для реабілітації, оптимізації розміщення електродів та зменшення їх кількості в процесі встановлення протезів людям з ампутаціями верхніх кінцівок. Визначено можливість використання динамічного прогнозування рухів протезу в реальному часі на основі системи ЕМГ ВР для покращення інтуїтивної взаємодії людини з протезом. Бібл. 23, рис. 8.
