This study aims to examine the influence of marketing communications mix services to brand image ... more This study aims to examine the influence of marketing communications mix services to brand image and its influence on the student's decision in choosing a private college in Purwakarta that STT Wastukancana Purwakarta. Impiris findings in this study indicate that the marketing communications mix for sub variable : public relations, instruction materials, design korporate to brand image has a coefficient of weight is not significant because the P value> 0.05, so the model of research needs to be fixed by way of the path and coefficient insignificant to be removed from the model (trimming). After in-trimming models showed that the marketing communications mix for subvariables apersonal communication has significantly affect to the brand image a college of 11.9% and against the decision students to choose of college direct effect by 16.5% and indirectly by 4.9%, so that the total effect is significantly by 21.3%. Internet has penetrated almost every side of human life. Basically, this technology has changed the social structure, politics and economics, and in many cases change the geographical boundaries. Especially in this era of globalization, there is virtually no barrier and time and space constraints that limit human activities, including business activities. Cyber marketing in a business known as a media marketing services and products online that are very effective. With cyber business information marketing products and services in expanding its marketing and also in optimizing business benefits for his company. The decrease of consumer is one of serious problems appears in retail company that should be cons... more The decrease of consumer is one of serious problems appears in retail company that should be considered by management in confronting business competition and increasing the profit. The decrease of consumer amount can be caused by the loss of consumer satisfaction toward the company, the purchase interest and the consumer purchase decision. Grounded on the issue, the writer tries to identify the application of retail spread of merchandise and service factors that are used as the measuring scale in Retail Service Quality (RSQ), and the impact on the consumer purchase interest in increasing purchase decision. The writer conducts the survey to the consumer of Giant Hypermarket in Purwakarta regency.
