The entire cross-sectional study was conducted with 470 responses of front level managers, newly entered, employees on probation period from Major cities of Gujarat. The study revealed the positive impact of training program culture, Supervisor support and training motivation on training effectiveness. The findings of this study provide valuable insights to consultants, training agencies, organisations and human resource department. It helps them to design and formulate strategies related to training to increase the its effectiveness.

Training is the lifeblood of every firm since its success depends on its employees. Therefore, co... more Training is the lifeblood of every firm since its success depends on its employees. Therefore, companies should spend in staff training to improve performance. However, some organizations view training as unnecessary expenditure and always cut training budgets to improve their financial standing, which hurts employees by making it harder for them to adapt to the ever-changing working environment and uncertain conditions due to rapid technological innovation and organizational change. This study used stratified sampling to obtain a sample of 171 individuals from 300 employees in Ahmedabad's pharmaceutical industry using a self-administered questionnaire to assess how training affects performance, motivation, and job satisfaction. In Ahmedabad's pharmaceutical industry, training improves performance, motivation, and work satisfaction. Thus, Ahmedabad's pharmaceutical sector should regularly allocate resources for employee training based on identified skill gaps to sharpen employees' skills, knowledge, and abilities to help them adapt to the everchanging working environment and uncertain conditions and boost motivation and job satisfaction.
