Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah kualitas produk dan lokasi pada UKM S... more Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah kualitas produk dan lokasi pada UKM Sektor Kuliner di Kecamatan Simbang Kabupaten Maros mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 3.939 warga Kecamatan Simbang berusia 20 hingga 39 tahun yang terdaftar di BPS Kabupaten Maros, dan sampel diambil 97 konsumen usaha kuliner di enam desa di Kecamatan Simbang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada UMKM Sektor Kuliner di Kecamatan Simbang Kabupaten Maros, (2) lokasi usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada UMKM Sektor Kuliner di Kecamatan Simbang Kabupaten Maros, (3) kualitas produk dan lokasi usaha secara bersama sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada UMKM Sektor Kuliner di Kecamatan Simbang Kabupaten Maros. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether product quality and location in the Culinary Sector UKM in Simbang District, Maros Regency, influenced consumer purchasing decisions. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 3,939 residents of Simbang District aged 20 to 39 years who were registered at the BPS Maros Regency, and samples were taken from 97 culinary business consumers in six villages in Simbang District. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions in the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Simbang District, Maros Regency, (2) business location had a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions on the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Simbang District, Maros Regency, (3) product quality and business location together have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions in the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Simbang District, Maros Regency.

Vaikka suurin osa näiden aerosolihiukkasten lähteistä on ulkoilmassa, ovat ihmiset suurimman osan ajastaan sisätiloissa. Tämä pro gradu-tutkielma käsittelee sisäilman ja ulkoilman pienhiukkaspitoisuuksien suhdetta. Työ jakaantuu kolmeen pääosaan: teoreettiseen osaan, mittauksia käsittelevään osaan ja sisäilman aerosolien simulointia käsittelevään osaan.

Ever since knowledge has become an important corporate asset, Knowledge Management (KM) has becom... more Ever since knowledge has become an important corporate asset, Knowledge Management (KM) has become a critical concern for construction consulting companies to create and sustain their competitive advantage. Therefore, an exploratory research was conducted to identify and classify the methods of implementing key KM faktors in Malaysian construction consulting companies using a three-round Delphi technique study to identify and rank critical components of Knowledge Management (KM) principles for construction consulting companies. Subsequently, faktor analysis was used to generate variables for the KM faktors and the results are compared with the original groupings identified from the first level of the research. Finally, the classification of the implementation of KM faktors are analysed and further grouped into two categories i.e., exploitive and explorative. A one sample ttest was conducted to confirm the difference between the two types of KM and the overall the KM program.
