Purpose. Development of the method for the assessment of the thermal operation modes of an autono... more Purpose. Development of the method for the assessment of the thermal operation modes of an autonomous electrical power system with an induction motor, aiming at improvement of the reliability of electricity supply and the quality of electric energy. Methodology. Induction generator mathematical modeling taking into account the magnetic system saturation was used in the research. A heat model taking into account the excess of the temperature of the induction generator units in the mode of high saturation was developed. The obtained results were compared with the experimental data. Results. The paper contains the solution to the problem of improvement of the mathematical model sand methods for steel losses determination in there search of the operation modes of an autonomous uncontrolled induction generator taking into consideration the properties of the magnetic system in the mode of high saturation. The expression for determination of steel losses in the mode of high saturation is obtained. It enables the assessment of the induction generator thermal condition. Originality. The analytical dependence for the calculation of the steel losses in the mode of magnetic system saturation has been obtained for the first time. Practical value. The obtained expression for the calculation of the steel losses can be used for determination of the admissible time of generator operation at overload. It will allow avoiding broken winding insulation and complete use of the generator overload capacity. As a result, it will reduce possible irregularities of electricity supply due to the generator preliminary cutoff. References 10, tables 2, figures 3.

it is shown that long-term operation of electrohydraulic complexes is accompanied by a change in ... more it is shown that long-term operation of electrohydraulic complexes is accompanied by a change in the parameters of the hydraulic system: the resistance and reactance of the pump and the pipeline network. It is noted that the existing methods for determining hydraulic resistances are approximate and do not take into account the properties of the pumped liquid and an increase in pipe roughness caused by wear. The possibility of determining the parameters of the electrohydraulic complexes based on the equations of the energy balance, formulated for the equivalent electrical circuit based on the method of electrohydraulic analogy, is shown. It is found out that the system of identification equations should be grounded on the equations of the energy balance of the harmonic power components between the hydraulic power source and the elements of the hydraulic system. To expand the number of identification equations at the input of the system, it is necessary to generate a test signal including constant and time-variable components.

We analyzed the electrical processes in the circuit, in particular, the modulations of the curren... more We analyzed the electrical processes in the circuit, in particular, the modulations of the current and voltage on the network side of the device and on the side of the reservoir capacitor. We determined that, in spite of the sign-constant voltage of the reservoir capacitor, the current in the circuit is alternating, complex-nature, due to the processes of energy transmission at the frequency of the network and the frequency of modulation. We analytically substantiated the integral expressions for the determination of the currents and voltages in the elements of the circuit of the single-phase controlled compensating device. The paper describes a way for providing induction motor diagnostic in case of motor fed using fre... more The paper describes a way for providing induction motor diagnostic in case of motor fed using frequency converter, when additional distortions caused by pulse-width modulation could affect the diagnostic result. It is proposed to use preliminary clarification of current and voltage signals, aimed to exclude from consideration harmonics caused by pulse-width modulation, with further re-computation of power spectra using discrete convolution algorithm. Streszczenie. Artykuł opisuje metodę diagnostyki silnika indukcyjnego zasilanego przetwornikiem częstotliwości w przypadku występowania zakłóceń spowodowanych modulacją szerokości impulsu. Zaproponowano wstępne oczyszczanie sygnałów prądowych i napięciowych mające na celu wyłączenie z rozważań harmonicznych generowanych modulacją szerokością impulsu. Prowadzi to do ponownego obliczania spektrum mocy z wykorzystaniem dyskretnych algorytmów konwolucyjnych. Different types of voltage sources are available in the market, but the point is how to convert a... more Different types of voltage sources are available in the market, but the point is how to convert any voltage to our desired waveform? For example; if we have a DC voltage source (like battery or dc generator) and we need to run AC motor (one phase or three phases) or run DC motor with special voltage, or we have an AC source (one phase or three phases) and need to run AC machine with special voltage and special frequency or run DC machine with special voltage. In simple meaning we need a connector between the sources and loads to match between them. But it should pass this conditions; efficiency, mobility, size, weight, range of operation, simple with using and cost. This paper focuses on designing and producing a true sinewave inverter that provides premium power which is identical to (or even better than) the power supplied by the utility company with multi output. On this work we will give an explanation for type of inverter depend on output and function for it.

Prospects of working out intelligent models of reliability of electric machines (EM) with long me... more Prospects of working out intelligent models of reliability of electric machines (EM) with long mean time between failures are substantiated and a method for their realization is presented. Limit conditions of basic structural units of low-and medium-power induction motors (IM) and their primary reliability models are determined. The obtained results enable a more accurate prediction of reliability indices and during subsequent improvement and manufacturing application make it possible to pass to maintaining and repair of EM in accordance with its factual condition. Streszczenie. Perspektywy opracowania inteligentnych modeli sprawności maszyn elektrycznych z długim średnim czasem pomiędzy uszkodzeniami są uzasadnione i metoda ich realizacji została zaprezentowana. Warunki graniczne dla podstawowych parametrów konstrukcyjnych silników indukcyjnych o małej i średniej mocy i ich modeli sprawnościowych zostały wyznaczone. Otrzymane wyniki pozwalają na dokładniejszą predykcję wskaźników sprawnościowych a poprzez kolejne usprawnienia dają możliwość utrzymania i naprawy maszyny elektrycznej zgodnie z jej stanem faktycznym.
