Moreover, the image owned by the company will not be damaged if the settlement is carried out using arbitration because of the public perception that arbitration is a peaceful way to resolve a problem. This research was conducted to find out whether there was a legal umbrella provided by the Government of Indonesia as a guarantee of rights to its citizens regarding the implementation of this online arbitration, and it was found that the legal umbrella that is owned is not strong and only uses the legal basis of arbitration in general, so the authors suggest for the creation of a legal umbrella regarding online arbitration considering that currently there are many cases of e-commerce disputes that occur in Indonesia Keywords: Arbitration, Dispute, E-Commerce

Automatic control systems in the field of science and technology lately also growing rapidly. This can be seen from the range of applications ranging from household to sophisticated equipment. Automatic curtains using Arduino-based light sensors are an idea that arose to meet the needs of home automation systems. Automatic curtains work based on the intensity of light that is captured by the light sensor and is real to be processed by Arduino and gives the task of the driving motor to carry out orders to go up or down the curtain according to the light intensity settings that have been set to the system. Currently, countries in Asia and Europe, including Indonesia, are being hit by disasters, one of which is the Corona virus. Based on this problem, an Arduino Uno-Based Automatic Hand Sanitizer was made using a Sensor which aims to reduce the spread of the virus by taking precautions such as cleaning hands, minimizing direct contact with other people, and reducing touching objects in public places that are often touched by many people. This tool uses an infrared sensor, where this sensor detects objects that are blocking it and the servo motor will rotate to press the bottle cap of the Hand Sanitizer. This anxiety will increase when drying clothes but is outside the house, and the house is not there. From that incident people became reluctant drying clothes in an open place, because I was worried that the clothesline would get wet in the rain. When the rainy season the majority of people dry their clothes on the terrace of the house, this is done to Avoid drying clothes exposed to rain when the owner is left doing outdoor activities house. From the description of the problem above, the author found the idea to make a towing device clothesline that can work automatically.
