Integrated Townships can be defined as "The Housing schemes that provide affordable housing to various sections of the society in urban areas of the State". Integrated townships are the way to go as they bring together all the elements that customer's demand which is "walk to work' lifestyle, shopping complexes, facilities for leisure and entertainment. The purpose of this study is to give insight into integrated townships, research the development of integrated township project going on in Mahalunge - Man area and suggest ways to improve it by analyzing its pros and cons by comparing it to Other City.

Modern scheduling techniques and tools can improve the performance of the construction industry. However, for meaningful improvements, one must first understand environment of the construction industry, its operating and the institutional constraints affecting its activities, as well as the nature of work culture. Objective: To study the drug utilization pattern in geriatric patients at rural tertiary care hos... more Objective: To study the drug utilization pattern in geriatric patients at rural tertiary care hospital. Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional observational study involving 600 geriatric outpatients. The study was carried out from May 2014 to July 2014. The data was collected using predesigned pro forma specially designed for this purpose. Relevant information was obtained by analyzing the prescriptions for WHO core drug indicators. Results: - The total numbers of prescriptions studied were 600. The total number of drugs prescribed is a product of actual drugs and number of patient prescriptions. The majority of the patients were in the age group 65-70 years (69.33%). There was male preponderance (58.66%). Musculoskeletal diseases were the most common (26.33%), followed by cardiovascular diseases (26%). The average number of drugs per prescription was 2.79. Out of total number of drugs prescribed, 380 drugs (22.64%) were prescribed by their generic name and 1298 drugs (...

As per government data more than 2 million low cost houses required for peoples, but for this very huge fund required which is not possible for government, so Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is right approach to address this problem.PPP is very broadly use for infrastructure project but this concept is not use in private housing project. Private Private Partnership have now become a preferred approach for inter firm business relations. As there are good business and accounting reasons to create Private Privat Partnership with a company that has complementary capabilities and resources
