Banyuwangi Festival is an annual event that is a product of regional leading attractions. This ev... more Banyuwangi Festival is an annual event that is a product of regional leading attractions. This event has attracted the attention of tourists from home and abroad, as well as made a significant contribution in improving the economic, tourism and human resources sectors in Banyuwangi. However, the management of Banyuwangi Festival has not used an effective integrated information system. The current ineffectiveness of business partner management is because the follow-up of cooperation is carried out manually at coordination meetings. The purpose of this study is to design an information system that can support effective business partner management, at the Banyuwangi Festival. Odoo's open-source ERP application is used to support the management of business partners on the CRM module. The design of the ERP concept using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method aims to design system needs that can pay attention to user needs. The result of this study is the effectiveness of monitoring and controlling the progress of business partners for the preparation of the Banyuwangi Festival event which is integrated in the form of a dashboard.

Research on Batik Madura Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is considered interesting because Batik Madura is an element of local wisdom that still has the potential to be developed. Based on information from one of the Batik Tulis Madura SMEs activists, it is known that all batik producers in Madura use traditional writing methods, and none use printing techniques. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini adalah membuat suatu Sistem Informasi pendataan... more Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini adalah membuat suatu Sistem Informasi pendataan penduduk, sampai saat ini pendataan di kantor Desa Sukapura masih banyak yang menggunakan sistem manual dimana data-data serta berkas-berkas penduduk masih berbentuk fisik dimana pada era digital seharusnya dapat dibuat sistem yang dapat membantu perangkat desa dalam menyimpan berkas kependudukan. Sistem ini nantinya bernama Bank data Desa Sukapura. Pengabdian masyarakat kali ini akan dilakukan 4 tahap, dimana tahap pertama adalah perancangan Bank Data Sukapura dan mencari kebutuhan dari perangkat desa sukapura serta masyarakat sekitar. Kebutuhan data-data tersebut adalah data penduduk beserta berkas-berkas penting lainnya seperti, Akte, KTP, surat kelahiran, surat kematian, surat pindah dan surat pendatang, sistem ini bertujuan agar memudahkan perangkat Desa Sukapura dalam menyimpan data-data penduduk tanpa harus takut kehilangan. Website ini dapat dikelola oleh admin serta dapat diakses oleh masyarakat desa Sukapura dengan login menggunakan nomor kartu keluarga dan password yang telah disediakan oleh admin kantor Desa Sukapura. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode xampp dimana php MyAdmin sebagai admin database, MySQL sebagai database, dan Wamp sebagai server offline-nya. Technology has a vital role to survive and compete with competitors so that industries can keep their sustainability. Technology is defined as knowledge, products, processes, tools, methods, and systems used in the manufacture of goods or services needed by humans. Technology consists of four components, technoware, humanware, infoware, and orgaware. Technology is also an important factor in the process of innovation in various industries including small and medium industries in Bali as well as the creative weaving industry. By knowing the current technological position of the industry, they can innovate to determine the strategy that will be carried out to achieve their competitive advantage. This study aims to measure the four components of technology in the small and medium industry (SMI) of the traditional woven textile industry (pertenunan) in Bali which produces "kain tenun endek" and "kain tenun gringsing". The results of this study will show the technological position of each SMI and determine the technology components that can be improved.

T... more This study identifies the criteria for developing natural tourism potential in Rembang Regency. There are problems, such as on the white sand beach of Wates. There are still attractions that have not been managed, namely the mangroves around the beach that have not been managed and around the tour. There are no lodgings such as hotels and guest houses for tourists, so for now, the distance to the beach can be accessed by vehicle because of quite a distance. To meet the requirements of the components that must exist in tourism, there are five criteria or 5A based on a literature study: Attractions, Accommodations, Accessibility, Activities, and Amenities. After obtaining the criteria, a weighting will be carried out for each criterion based on 5A using the AHP approach. Based on the results obtained, it is known that the Accessibility criteria have the highest weight value, followed by the Amenities, Activities, Accommodation and Attractions criteria. Value modelling is carried out to calculate tourism feasibility according to standards.

The development of financial market conditions during the past year as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic is very uncertain, which must be watched out by investors. So, this study takes an observation period of one year with a daily period of shares. Case studies in this research using secondary data on pharmaceutical sector on the IDX. Three of the eleven stocks pharmaceutical sector that showed fluctuating growth were Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), Sido Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry (SIDO), Kimia Farma Tbk (KAEF). The VaR value of stock securities portfolios is calculated using the historical simulation approach, Monte Carlo simulation, and correlation method. The Correlation method was used because of the calculation of the simplest parameter in measuring VaR. The Historical Simulation method was used because the data follow nonparametric condition. Meanwhile, the Monte Carlo simulation is a better method because the value of the simulation that is always convergent to the real situation. In this research to compared the best method determined by the MAD value. The results show that VaR values through stock simulations Variance Covariance for the four issuers where KLBF is 3.09%, SIDO has a VaR value of 3.34%, KAEF 3.42% and PRDA 3.07%. Using Historical simulations for the four issuers where KLBF and PRDA have the same VaR value of 2.93% while for SIDO it is 3.17% and KAEF is 3.33%. by using Monte Carlo simulation for the four issuers where KLBF is 6.29%, SIDO has VaR value of 7.06%, KAEF of 7.29% and PRDA of 5.39%. with 95% confidence level.

This research was conducted based on the low level of tourist arrivals, both domestic and foreign... more This research was conducted based on the low level of tourist arrivals, both domestic and foreign, to the Rembang district. Even though the tourism sector is one of the mainstay sectors of this regency to increase its regional income, this study uses a qualitative descriptive method, using the strategic concept of Rangkuti as a reference. The study results show that the Tourism Office of the Rembang district makes promotion the primary strategy for developing its cultural tourism potential. Failure is caused by the upgrade not being implemented optimally. Both from the use of media and other promotional facilities. This study concluded that the failure stemmed from not implementing various tourism development standards that should have been carried out (infrastructure development, promotion and strengthening of human resources, and involvement of the private sector).

The AHP approach was employed to obtain the weight of each criterion. The obtained weight value is then used to calculate the performance score.Finding: Based on the literature review and interviews, nine criteria were used, namely the achievement of work targets, job knowledge, initiative, work discipline, responsibility, teamwork, integrity, communication, and cleanliness. The focus of the Indonesian government is to improve the condition of the tourism industry, which has experienced a decline in the number of tourists due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A supply chain tourism industry framework was developed through the Support System Facilities (SSF) variable to map the actors in the tourism industry activities in an uncertain environment due to COVID-19. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The results of this study are the tourism industry supply chain conceptual framework which states that there are several stages in distributing services and support systems and facilities to tourists, namely through suppliers, tour operators, tour agencies, and tourists. This finding has practical implications for the government in making a policy strategy.

Sustainable development in the tourism industry is a significant challenge requiring various stak... more Sustainable development in the tourism industry is a significant challenge requiring various stakeholders' collaborative efforts. The tourism industry must adopt sustainable business practices and improve its performance to overcome this. Support system facilities, stakeholders, and the application of open innovation can help increase optimal performance and support in achieving a sustainable tourism industry. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to propose a collaborative model of open innovation, stakeholders, and support system facilities to develop a sustainable tourism industry in a dynamic and competitive environment. This study uses quantitative methods for analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of SMEs scattered around the tourist area. The research model was analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using data from 358 respondents from SMEs in the tourist area of Rembang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, and Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The study results show that performance improvements can significantly and positively affect the sustainability of the tourism industry (β = 0.530; p = 0.005, p ≤ 0.05). The tourism industry's performance can be achieved by implementing open innovation, participation of stakeholders, support system facilities, and environmental dynamism (p ≤ 0.05). However, environmental competitiveness is not proven to improve the tourism industry's performance (β = 0.022; p = 0.120, p ≥ 0.05), because every organization and stakeholder is interdependent. Theoretically, this research contributes to the debate about how open innovation, stakeholders, support system facilities, and environmental dynamism can improve tourism's performance, ultimately achieving a sustainable industry. Practically, this research benefits stakeholders and SMEs in formulating an appropriate policy for achieving a green industry. Even though the tourism sector is one of the mainstay sectors of this regency to increase its regional income, this study uses a qualitative descriptive method, using the strategic concept of Rangkuti as a reference. The study results show that the Tourism Office of the Rembang district makes promotion the primary strategy for developing its cultural tourism potential. Failure is caused by the upgrade not being implemented optimally. Both from the use of media and other promotional facilities. This study concluded that the failure stemmed from not implementing various tourism development standards that should have been carried out (infrastructure development, promotion and strengthening of human resources, and involvement of the private sector).

The AHP approach was employed to obtain the weight of each criterion. The obtained weight value is then used to calculate the performance score.Finding: Based on the literature review and interviews, nine criteria were used, namely the achievement of work targets, job knowledge, initiative, work discipline, responsibility, teamwork, integrity, communication, and cleanliness. The development of financial market conditions during the past year as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic is very uncertain, which must be watched out by investors. So, this study takes an observation period of one year with a daily period of shares. Case studies in this research using secondary data on pharmaceutical sector on the IDX. Three of the eleven stocks pharmaceutical sector that showed fluctuating growth were Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), Sido Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry (SIDO), Kimia Farma Tbk (KAEF). The VaR value of stock securities portfolios is calculated using the historical simulation approach, Monte Carlo simulation, and correlation method. The Correlation method was used because of the calculation of the simplest parameter in measuring VaR. The Historical Simulation method was used because the data follow nonparametric condition. Meanwhile, the Monte Carlo simulation is a better method because the value of the simulation that is always convergent to the real situation. In this research to compared the best method determined by the MAD value. The results show that VaR values through stock simulations Variance Covariance for the four issuers where KLBF is 3.09%, SIDO has a VaR value of 3.34%, KAEF 3.42% and PRDA 3.07%. The focus of the Indonesian government is to improve the condition of the tourism industry, which has experienced a decline in the number of tourists due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A supply chain tourism industry framework was developed through the Support System Facilities (SSF) variable to map the actors in the tourism industry activities in an uncertain environment due to COVID-19. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The results of this study are the tourism industry supply chain conceptual framework which states that there are several stages in distributing services and support systems and facilities to tourists, namely through suppliers, tour operators, tour agencies, and tourists. This finding has practical implications for the government in making a policy strategy.

Sustainable development in the tourism industry is a significant challenge requiring various stak... more Sustainable development in the tourism industry is a significant challenge requiring various stakeholders' collaborative efforts. The tourism industry must adopt sustainable business practices and improve its performance to overcome this. Support system facilities, stakeholders, and the application of open innovation can help increase optimal performance and support in achieving a sustainable tourism industry. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to propose a collaborative model of open innovation, stakeholders, and support system facilities to develop a sustainable tourism industry in a dynamic and competitive environment. This study uses quantitative methods for analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of SMEs scattered around the tourist area. The research model was analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using data from 358 respondents from SMEs in the tourist area of Rembang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, and Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The study results show that performance improvements can significantly and positively affect the sustainability of the tourism industry (β = 0.530; p = 0.005, p ≤ 0.05). The tourism industry's performance can be achieved by implementing open innovation, participation of stakeholders, support system facilities, and environmental dynamism (p ≤ 0.05). However, environmental competitiveness is not proven to improve the tourism industry's performance (β = 0.022; p = 0.120, p ≥ 0.05), because every organization and stakeholder is interdependent. Theoretically, this research contributes to the debate about how open innovation, stakeholders, support system facilities, and environmental dynamism can improve tourism's performance, ultimately achieving a sustainable industry. Practically, this research benefits stakeholders and SMEs in formulating an appropriate policy for achieving a green industry.
