It investigates how the purchase behavior of Iranian consumers is affected by different aspects of perceived risk, such as financial, performance, psychological, and social risks. This study uses the four main concepts of 'Perceived Risk' (PR), 'Attitude towards Green Products' (AGP), 'Price Sensitivity' (PS), and 'Green Purchase Behavior'(GPB) to develop a model to increase green purchase intention. This research uses an experimental study, using a survey method (questionnaire distribution)to confirm the hypotheses and discover its management concepts, and uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that the variable of "Perceived Risk" has a positive effect on "Attitude towards Green Products" and "Price Sensitivity". "Attitude towards Green Products" has a positive effect on "green purchasing behavior" while "Price Sensitivity" has a negative effect on "green purchasing behavior". This study focuses on existing literature by providing experimental evidence showing the importance of green consumption in the Iranian industry. This quasi-experimental study endeavors to examine the impact of three concurrent psychological interventions-namely, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), existential therapy (ET), and transactional analysis (TA)-on individuals afflicted with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) at Milad Hospital. A total of 60 patients were systematically divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, during the period from October to December 2021. The assessment tools utilized included the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale. The experimental and control groups underwent medicinal treatment, while the experimental group participated in an integrated educational intervention consisting of eight 60-minute sessions. The data collected underwent analysis using the SPSS software. The results of the covariance analysis highlighted the impact of the combined educational regimen, which incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy (ET), and Thought Analysis (TA), on the obsessive-compulsive beliefs inherent in patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) (P < 0.001). These findings suggest that education can be effectively integrated with CBT, ET, and TA to develop psychological therapeutic strategies for individuals with OCD. Given the multifaceted nature of OCD symptoms, exploring a personalized and integrated educational approach for each patient in future research endeavors shows excellent potential.

A balance disorder is prevalent in older people who cause psychological problems and physical injuries. According to the financial, time, and human resource limitations for developing an elderly rehabilitation ward, this study aims to identify the most significant preventive falling interventions in older population by using the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method to allocate resources to the most effective preventive interventions.
Methods
First, through the literature review all effective balance interventions were extracted then panel discussion, the Delphi method, and the best-worst method (BWM) was employed to prioritize the preventive falling interventions.
Results
The result showed that the most significant preventive falling interventions were Neurofeedback (N1), Tai chi (D1), and Balance and strength training (E2) with a weight of 0.5956, 0.3771, and 0.3351are ranked first, second, and third among the criteria, respectively.
Conclusions
The outcomes of the research help healthcare systems to allocate preventive care resources more efficiently.
