PT XYZ Tbk merupakan sebuah perusahaan ternama berstatus Tbk (terbuka) yang bergerak dalam bidang... more PT XYZ Tbk merupakan sebuah perusahaan ternama berstatus Tbk (terbuka) yang bergerak dalam bidang flexible packaging yang telah beroprasi sejak 1980an dan sudah bersertiifikat ISO 9001:2008. Untuk menjaga kualitas dan meningkatkan produksinya perlu dilakukan penambahan dan pergantian pipa boiler sebagai pelebur bijih pelastik. PT ABC sebagai kontraktor mengalami kendala dalam pelaksanaan proyek tersebut, yaitu dikarenakan kegiatan produksi perusahaan masih berjalan dan malah terjadi peningkatan produksi yang signifikan. Maka dari itu proses berlangsungnya proyek menjadi terganggu dan terindikasi menjadi terlambat. Hal tersebut tidak diperkirakan dan tidak sesuai dengan kontrak awal yang dibuat,maka dari itu keterlambatan tersebut mengharuskan kontraktor melakukan pengendalian dengan melakukan perubahan penjadwalan dan biaya. Apabila hal ini tidak segera diatasi, maka akan menyebabkan permasalahan krisis air bersih yang terjadi secara terus menerus. Menerapkan konsep green building merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memenuhi ketersediaan air bersih. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi dan informasi, pelaksanaan green building sudah mulai diterapkan di berbagai institusi pendidikan, salah satunya penerapan konservasi air pada Gedung C Universitas Trisakti sebagai upaya mewujudkan konsep green building. Maka dengan itu sangat dibutuhkan sarana dan prasarana sebagai penunjang aktivitas tersebut. Sehingga banyak terjadinya pembangunan di berbagai daerah, hal ini memberikan berbagai dampak salah satunya dampak negatif. Salah satu cara dalam menangani masalah tersebut dengan cara menerapkan konsep bangunan yang ramah lingkungan (green building). Konsep green building berupaya melakukan efisiensi dan konservasi energi agar mengurangi penggunaan energi yang berlebih. Sekaligus mengurangi emisi yang dihasilkan dari penggunaan energi tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan data dari observasi pada gedung Alamanda Tower serta menggunakan SNI 03-6389:2011 dan Panduan Pengguna Bangunan Gedung Hijau Jakarta berdasarkan Peraturan Gubernur No.38 Tahun 2012. Beton Geopolimer merupakan beton yang menggunakan material anorganik produk sampingan hasil limba... more Beton Geopolimer merupakan beton yang menggunakan material anorganik produk sampingan hasil limbah padat industri yang disintesis melalui proses polimerisasi seperti fly ash, terak besi, terak nikel, dan material lainnya yang mengandung unsur Alumunium (Al) dan Silika (Si) yang tinggi. Produksi 1 ton semen Portland menghasilkan emisi gas CO2 sebesar 1 ton ke atmosfer sehingga dapat membahayakan lingkungan seperti pemanasan global. Lung cancer is a large heterogeneous family of malignancies, with tumors containing more than one... more Lung cancer is a large heterogeneous family of malignancies, with tumors containing more than one subtype are very common. Over 50 different histological variants are recognized within the WHO typing system. Small Cell Lung Cancer comprises approximately 20% of all lung cancers and exhibits a neuroendocrine phenotype while Non Small Cell Lung Carsinoma (NSCLC) lacks these features and makes up the remaining 80% of cases. This case was reported in view of the rarity of this combination of morphologic patterns. The incidence of c- SCLC (Combined- Small Cell Lung Carsinoma) has been reported ranging from less than 1% to 14.6% of all SCLC. Mixed lung cancer in untreated patients suggests a common endodermal origin for c-SCLC which contains small-cell and non-small-cell pulmonary tumors. Quoix et al found that presentation as a solitary pulmonary nodule (SPN) is particularly indicative of a c-SCLC. Key Success Factors have been recognized in the management of design-build project and the factor... more Key Success Factors have been recognized in the management of design-build project and the factors are usually gained through results of analysis on questionnaires collected from conducted surveys. However, so far such factors have not been justified through modeling of interactions from various factors that influence the success of design-build projects. Factors assumed to affect the success were then put into models and examined using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) methodology to describe, quantify and demonstrate the interaction influences of various factors on the success of design-build projects. The results of modeling and examination showed the existence of direct and indirect factors as well as dominant and less dominant factors. From the research, it could be revealed that the determinant success factors of design-build projects were the direct and predominant factors of the projects including management capabilities of the projects' owners, management capabilities of design-build team, symbiosis between projects' owners and the design-build team. The symbiosis was dominated by defining the scope of project.

Thus the existing urban drainage system should be improved so that the function returns to normal or near-original so as to reduce the pool. In the current circumstances in which government finances are very limited, so treatment to be effective and efficient pool of necessary existence of a tool to determine the scale of priority handling of existing urban drainage, drainage network is to establish which ones need to be repaired or rehabilitated. While these models can comprehensively to assess the level of urban drainage services have not been there, especially when associated with the determination of treatment priorities, so that the objectives of this research is the creation of a model that can be used to assess the level of urban drainage services as well as useful for determining treatment priorities sustainable urban drainage and environmentally friendly. Research is planned through the six stages. In this first phase of research carried out is the setting of indicators that contribute significantly to the level of urban drainage services and the magnitude of weight for each indicator. Besides referring to some existing research, these indicators will be assessed through a more comprehensive survey by involving various stakeholders. The method used was survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents across Indonesia who came from various government agencies related to urban drainage, industrial society that take advantage of drainage channels, observers of urban drainage, and universities. The method used to test the contribution of the indicators on the service level of urban drainage is a structural equation model with the help of AMOS. To test the validity of the indicators used for factor analysis and reliability test used Cronbach Alpha. The results of this first stage is the result of test validity and reliability based on data from30 respondents. From the test results showed that of all the indicators used in measuring the dimensions of the factors that contribute to urban drainage services almost as a whole are valid, except for the dimensions of reliability of drainage facilities, there is on eindicator of stability indicator channel walls that are not valid.
