The four core teaching components of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (L-S-R-W) are in fact crucial for enhancing teachers' own skill. The value of education is widely acknowledged across the nation. People from all socioeconomic and racial backgrounds are interested in obtaining educational credentials. On the other hand, individual persons have varying levels of general education. While some people have advanced degrees, others have only graduated from middle or high school. Therefore, regardless of academic background, people must enhance their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. This study's main objective is to improve our understanding of how to support students in developing their LSRW skills. Educators must implement teaching-learning approaches and instructional strategies to impart sufficient knowledge in terms of theoretical ideas with LSRW abilities. It is necessary to pay constant attention to make improvements within those skills. Individuals' entire quality of life might improve from improvements within those skills.

information, take necessary actions to problem solve, reflect on and analyze findings, and
adjust one's approach as appropriate. Evaluating one's own study habits and demands is one of
the metacognitive tactics employed in this study. Metacognition aids in evaluating our
reasoning and the use of tactics to aid learning. For pupils learning a second language,
developing these abilities is critical. As students concentrate on learning a new language,
metacognitive skills assist them in planning, controlling, and evaluating their progress. This
article explores the relevance of metacognition in L2 speaking classrooms. It begins by
demonstrating the importance of metacognitive strategies in the language-learning process,
then proceeds to research the reputation of metacognitive knowledge in effective learning and
finally, to specific procedures that L teachers and educators can employ to enhance learning.

The data has been collected through online survey from 300 students randomly who studying in universities and colleges. The collected data has been analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statics version-23 for frequency distribution and to test the level of significance among the variables. The ANOVA and coefficient of correlation with standard deviation test has been used for the analysis. The result of this study was distributed with frequency distribution graph and table of testing significance of variables. The online learning platforms, challenges and benefits are the important factors for the analysis. The result showed that, most of the students are ready to attend E-learning during covid-19 pandemic. The survey showed that most of the students moderately satisfied with the E-learning system. The majority of the respondents are used plat form for E-learning is whatSapp, because it is the familiar app that used send and receives homework and assignments at home. The quality of E-learning depends upon the teaching methodology, collaborative learning, innovative and motivated teaching and engaging the students actively during E-learning process. Role-playing is suggested as a potentially useful speaking instructional process for promoting language development particularly, communicative competency. This study analyses the impact of role-playing through a strategy-based intervention. Using a true experimental design, the researcher obtained speech samples from these tasks and classified them in speech clarity, accuracy, body language, and correctness. The control group was exposed to indirect instruction, also called implicit instruction, and the experimental group was exposed to strategy-based teaching, also called explicit instruction. According to the paired t-test, the experimental group performed better in all the parameters than the control group following the intervention. These findings are examined in connection to special elements of the L2 role-playing strategy, which have significant consequences for second-language speaking development.
