By all intentions, this can also be called a Strategic Plan –separate from an Evaluation Plan or Sustainability Plan. The Strategic Plan drives all these other plans by articulating basic concepts of vision, mission, goals, objectives and activities. The following information provides some general guidelines about key elements of a strategic plan. As you will see, there is great flexibility about how your County wants to approach the strategic planning process.

The practitioners guide attempts to anticipate likely questions and provide answers. While again fairly detailed, it works on the principle that it is better to provide too much than too little - and frustrate people even further!

Within the LANS (Limerick Assessment of Need project) the Resource Panels were seen as a key component in assembling relevant expertise around the needs of a child. This paper sought to suggest what steps needed to be taken in the formation of such panels

Depending on what type of dictionary you are looking at, the word "confession" usually refers to the "formal acknowledgment of one's sins". Additionally however, in a theological and religious context, it can also be a "joyful proclamation of one's faith", and in the context of the work I am asked to do, and this presentation, it is this latter definition that applies.

Health Information Professionals: Roles, Skillset and Barriers to Involvement in the Cochrane Process. Method: A short web-based questionnaire was sent to four mailing lists in Ireland and a reminder was sent three weeks later. This was followed by a workshop entitled “Librarians: facilitators in the Cochrane process” held at the Cochrane Colloquium on October 2006. Yes, it would appear that a number of Evaluations have taken place regarding the Differential Response Model. I've not attempted to locate all of them -as it would appear there are quite a few. Rather, I've attempted to locate some from the US (Minnesota in particular where the model had it's beginning -and which according to one article is supposed to be similar in geography to Ireland) as well as from Australia, New Zealand and the island of Ireland
