The first part of the doctoral thesis presents Bruno Latour's "missing masses of moralit... more The first part of the doctoral thesis presents Bruno Latour's "missing masses of morality" from an actor-network-theory's perspective. The "missing masses are defined as the difference that emerges when artifacts substitute humans' actions. These "masses" are therefore circulating as "delegations" within "collectives", according to Latour's semantic definition of these terms. The goal of the first chapter is to illustrate Latour's transfer of this concept into the field of questions concerning morality in the philosophy of technology. The central point of the second part is to present Latour's thoughts on design. According to the author, the main task of design is to depict and produce "immutable mobiles". In this sense, the designer acts comparably to a diplomat, in that the work of both cnsists in ensuring the progress of a project by monitoring the gathering of all relevant perticipants, without knowin...

The complementay side is the education of society, that begins with criticizing culture (1.2. - 1.2.1.) and goes over the often misunderstood argument „Back to nature!“ with its two borders (1.2.2. - 1.2.2.2.) to the „direct democracy“ (1.2.3.), the most adequate fullfilling of freedom that is possible for people(s) living in society/societies.
