This study aim is to analyze and discover patterns of implementation of Corporate Social Responsi... more This study aim is to analyze and discover patterns of implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility of coal mining company in East Kalimantan. The data obtained by depth interviews, participatory approach to corporate stakeholders and literature. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method. Respondents in this study are communities around mining company, Community Consultative Committee (CCC), Social Corporate responsibility Officer (CSRO) of Kitadin Embalut mining company, PT Turbaindo Coal Mining, PT Berau Coal, PT Kideco Jaya Agung, PT KPC. The study results showed that the implementation of CSR programs Pattern for Company which has mining concession from central government in East Kalimantan has relatively the same pattern that is bottom-up and top-down combination. This article describes how to measure the accuracy and consistency of indicators in constructing ... more This article describes how to measure the accuracy and consistency of indicators in constructing e-government latent variable constructs, organizational culture, good governance, and public trust in managing transfer of funds from the central government to provinces, districts, and cities in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The aim is to identify valid factors that can be used to measure the latent variable constructs under study. The method used is confirmatory factor analysis with structural equation modeling on the data of 400 respondents from the East Kalimantan community. Four constructs of latent variables were tested based on 19 indicators. Data were obtained through questionnaires and arranged on a 1-5 Likert scale. This article is meant to analyze and prove the influence of the dimensions of e-government which ... more This article is meant to analyze and prove the influence of the dimensions of e-government which includes system quality, information quality, and service quality in realizing transparency in the management of transfer funds in East Kalimantan. The data used are primary data collected through questionnaires from 105 East Kalimantan community respondents. The questionnaire was designed with a Likert scale of 1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = neutral, 4 = agree, 5 = strongly agree. Multiple linear regression is used to process the collected data. Simultaneously, the e-government dimension is proven to have a significant effect on transparency in the management of transfer funds in East Kalimantan, and although partially the quality of information does not have a significant effect on transparency. The application of e-government is able to provide easy and speedy access to information on the management of fund transfers from the Central Government to Provincial, Regency, and City Governments in East Kalimantan. The application of egovernment is able to increase transparency in public services. The purpose of the study was to analyse the level of financial independence and dependency as wel... more The purpose of the study was to analyse the level of financial independence and dependency as well as patterns of relations in regencies and cities in East Kalimantan as recipients of transfer funds from the Central Government in 2011-2016 period. The sample was set in 5 regions, from the largest transfer fund recipient to the smallest. This research was a descriptive qualitative research that was by analysing the level of financial independence and regional financial capacity and the pattern of its relationship with the central government. The study result found that the five sample regions had very low average independence ratio because of less than 25% except for Balikpapan City 40.61%. The average of Kukar District was 6.5%, Samarinda was 22.43%, PPU was 10.77% and Bontang was 13.08%. The level of dependence with the Central Government is very high at more than 75%. The majority of regions have a pattern of relations with the Central Government in the form of an instructive relationship pattern except for Balikpapan City which was consultative. The results showed that the essence of regional autonomy has not been as successful as expected.

Pupuk Kaltim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program Corporate Social Responsibility dengan standar Kepmen BUMN No:05/MBU/2007, Surat Edaran Menteri BUMN No: SE-433/MBU/2003 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan PKBL dan Kepmen BUMN No: 100/MBU/2002 tentang Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan BUMN (2) Untuk memberikan masukan dalam penyempurnaan pelaksanaan CSR di pupuk Kaltim untuk mengantisipasi pelaksanaan ISO 26000 pada tahun mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data skunder dari laporan-laporan pelaksanaan CSR yang dievaluasi berdasarkan Kepmen BUMN No:05/MBU/2007, Surat Edaran Menteri BUMN No: SE-433/MBU/2003 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan PKBL dan Kepmen BUMN No: 100/MBU/2002 tentang Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan BUMN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan program CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT. Pupuk Kaltim kepada 5 Wilayah Kalimantan meliputi:. telah dilakukan dengan baik sebagai wujud tanggungjawabnya kepada masyarakat melalui tiga program yaitu penyaluran dana kemitraan, penyaluran dana hibah dan penyaluran dan bina lingkungan. Walaupun evaluasi menunjukkan efektivitas pemanfaatan dana dan multiplier effek yang diproleh masyarakat oleh mitra binaan masih belum terukur karena data laporan hanya terdiri dari jumlah dana yang disalurkan dan jumlah yang dikembalikan oleh mitra binaan khusus pada program kemitraan, dan untuk penyaluran dana hibah belum adanya laporan pengembangan usaha sebagai evaluasi terhadap efektivitas bantuan atau ketepatan bentuk pelatihan yang digunakan.
Muara Badak District has several tourist destinations, such as beaches, fishing villages, gas and... more Muara Badak District has several tourist destinations, such as beaches, fishing villages, gas and oil wells, waterboom as a potential resource that can create business opportunities, such as tour guide businesses, restaurants, parking, souvenirs, pool buoy rentals, boat rentals, water supply and others, but this potential is not fully utilized, people are not interested in the business opportunities, lack of motivation and inability to see market potential and limited communication skills are their problems. Tourism services marketing training aims to help open minds and broaden their horizons to take an active role in utilizing every business opportunity. The training was held in two days using lecture, discussion, consultation and case study methods, evaluation was carried out through pre-test, discussion and post-test. The results from the pre-test to the post-test showed that there was a shift in a positive mindset, and at the consultation session they were very enthusiastic.

The object of research is the realization of transfer funds consisting of general allocation funds, special allocation funds, revenue sharing funds and locally generated revenues consisting of regional taxes and levies as well as capital expenditures that reflect the welfare of the people of the two regencies and 3 cities determined as sample areas research period 2011-2017. The data used is the time series data combined with panel data from the five observation areas. The analytical tool used is the Ordinary Least Square method with multiple regressions. The results showed that the level of welfare of the district/city community in East Kalimantan was simultaneously affected by regional income and partially affected by transfer funds and regional generated revenue except for revenue-sharing funds and regional taxes.
