Strategic application systems, such as an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, are one such resource technology that centralizes the database of the organization to enable a seamless view of the organization. However, implementation of ERP systems in organizations has not been a success story for many. ERP systems implementation brings about large-scale organizational change, and hence, it becomes essential for stakeholders to have a reference framework for planning for various dimensions of the organization. Hence, this chapter applies a general morphological analysis (GMA) to identify the most suitable theory to analyze ERP implementation. Socio-technical theory with Leavitt's diamond model were analyzed as most appropriate since they are based on the premises of organizational change at firm level. The socio-technical organizational change model will enable stakeholde...

The objective of this study was to examine the role of loyal consumers in strengthening brand equity of In-store brands. Statistical Analysis: The method adapted to study the objectives is a cross sectional study. Th study was carried out by self-administered questionnaire developed based on Likert scale. The survey was carried out at organised retail outlets in Bangalore city from 258 customers by following convenience sampling technique. PLS-SEM was used to analyse the data. Cronbach's Alpha was obtained to determine the reliability of the instrument. Further, convergent and discriminant validities were established to know the measures of relationship existing. Sobel's test was employed to test the mediation effect of customer advocacy between the relationship of customer loyalty and brand equity. Findings: From the results obtained it is observed that all AVE values obtained are greater than 0.5 i.e., Brand Equity (BE) is 0.7788, Brand Loyalty (BL) is 0.7863 and Customer Advocacy (CA) is 0.797, thus confirming the convergent validity of the constructs chosen. Further it is also observed that each construct chosen is distinct and different from the other constructs in the model. All the factor loadings of given construct are greater than corresponding cross loadings thus confirming the discriminant validity. The results of Sobel's test indicate that the impact of brand loyalty on brand equity is greater with the mediation effect of customer advocacy (Sobel test statistic t-values=3.627) than the direct effect of brand loyalty on brand equity (Sobel test statistic t-values=3.068). Thus we can clearly state that the relationship between Brand loyalty and Brand Equity can be best explained through Customer Advocacy. Both brand loyalty and customer advocacy have accounted for 60% of variance in brand equity, wherein brand loyalty has accounted for 45.3% of variance in customer advocacy. The findings of this study can be a reference for retailers to strategize their decisions with respect to in-store brands by laying more emphasize on customer advocacy. Application/Improvements: The outcomes reflect the positive influence of consumer advocacy on brand equity, by which the brand owners can strategize their moves towards enhancing brand equity by motivating advocacy of brands by the loyal customers to prospects, thus reducing excessive promotional costs by the brand owners.

These impacts have constrained the banks to investigate the most compelling usage of human resources and their potential. In this procedure, employees are encountering high pressure to meet their goals. This has a direct/indirect impact on employee psychological attachment and commitments levels, many studies, in fact, has proved it. The literature review uncovers that there are various studies that explain psychological climate, job satisfaction, and affective commitment independently. COMPUTER SCIENCE main goal of sentiment analysis is to identify positive or negative overall atti... more COMPUTER SCIENCE main goal of sentiment analysis is to identify positive or negative overall attitudes or opinions toward a brand, product or service based on text comments [3]. ORIGINS OF SENTIMENT ANALYSIS EUCLIDEAN DISTANCE The rapid growth of Web information led to an increasing amount of user-generated content, such as customer reviews of products, forum posts and blogs. Sentiment analysis-automatically identifying the emotions conveyed by a text, and in particular distinguishing positive from negative valence-has become one of the most popular research areas in computational semantics both because of the interest of the field in the interplay among emotion and cognitive abilities, and because of its understandable applications (e.g., companies could analyze social networks to determine customer response to their products). Such research however requires collecting judgments about the valence of sentences and possibly lexical items, and simply asking subjects often results in low interannotator agreement levels. Sentiment analysis seems to originate from opinion extraction called synonymously as opinion mining, sentiment mining, and subjectivity analysis. Opinion mining also called as SA is a process of finding users opinion about particular topic or a product or a problem. A topic could be a news, event, product, movie a hotel in a specific location. User's opinion is expression of their emotion, attitude on anything in social media which gives opportunity to people to voice their feelings. A thought, view, attitude or comment without a reason but with an emotion is sentiment [5]. According to Khoo et al., (2012) data mining and machine learning algorithm are used to detect sentiment strength and sentiment analysis. These algorithms are rationally effective for sentimental analysis [6]. Even simple algorithms are shown to work well with large data sets, as in the case of the naive Bayesian approach. Most difficult algorithms are also needed for specific circumstances. Taking opinion on a movie, a product, public sentiment or politics and prediction of election outcomes etc help in analyzing the positivity or negativity of people attitude. Emotions include feelings like anger, sadness, joy, fear, shame or proudness in human being. Moods are diffused non-caused low intensity long duration change in subjective feelings which are cheerfulness, gloomy, irritation, depression or buoyant. Attitudes are enduring affectively colored beliefs, dispositions towards objects or persons include feelings like liking, loving, hating, valuing and desiring. Personality traits are stable personality dispositions and typical behavioral tendencies influence how people attitudes are formed. They are nervousness, anxiety, and recklessness, morose, hostile, and jealous. SA helps in detecting the attitudes towards Holder (source) of attitude, Target (aspect) of attitude and type of attitude in a polarity between positive, negative and neutral.

Though an intervention, ERP brings in large scale tangible and intangible benefits to an organization. It poses significant intervention on firm level endogenous dimensions; internal stakeholders, internal organization, business processes and technology. Though literature recognizes that ERP intervention brings about technological change during ERP implementation, hardly any article has conceptualized these interventions in evaluating its performance. Drawing on the Socio Technical system perspective the objective of this article is to conceptualize the ERP intervention on the endogenous dimensions of the organization and develop a comprehensive conceptual model to assess the success or failure of ERP system implementation. The conceptual model, Process-Variance and Adapted Socio-Technical (PVAST), proposed in this article will enable decision makers and practitioners to measure ERP project performance at every stage of its life cycle in a coherent method and adopt corrective measures.
